good video but we can't book the free introductory call on your website for tuition
Not me leaving mechanisms to revise on the morning of my mock😂😂 this is literally a god send and helped so much!! Now time to smash the mock!!
will you do one for mechanics
will you do one for mechanics
These exam question walkthroughs are honestly so helpful, if you could release some more that'd be great :))
will you be making a video like this again for this year including the 2024 exam paper?
Do we need to learn all the color of the complex ion or all the transition metal ion color?
this whole video is full of shit man
and the addition of bromine to an alkene happens by producing a bromonium circle intermediate that then after the forming of this bromonium ion reacts with the bromide ion thats still in solution so thats just not right how you explain it
I take it you don't do AQA?..
There is no dipol present in molecular Bromine
You are incorrect, a dipole is induced due to the double bond
why is it NOT an ester? you said ester wasn't in the range , but it was? oh never mind I get it now thanks
At 6:20, why is the ans given to 3 s.f rather than 2 s.f as 25°C is 2 s.f which would be the smallest number of sig figs given in the Q?
In the calculation, you used K which was 3 sf
If I had you as my teacher when I was at school, I wouldn’t be here redoing doing chemistry at 27 years old 😭
haha appreciate the comment, it takes time to be good at chem so just stick in there 😁
3 min still no explanation
It's all important info from the spec, feel free to skip ahead to when the content starts
this video was so good tysm!!! for 8:49, when you explain when to know if to add/subtract moles to find the final moles, i don't understand how you'd know if the equilibrium will shift to the right or left?
May God bless you in this lifetime and the next. Every single detail is well explained. I’m not in school or college, but I am studying to go university. I don’t have a tutor or any help so these videos are literally a life saver. Thank you
So nice thnk you so much sir
What is comparing medicine/treatment
very helpful video thank you so much great teaching
This a great video - nice visuals and very understandable explanation. Keep up the good work! Just a quick question - you said that esters can react with water to form a carboxylic acid and alcohol in the reversible reaction but when saying they're used for perfumes, you then said they don't react with water? Can you explain this please as I don't understand? I'd appreciate it a lot! Thanks again for the video - very simply explained with the perfect amount of detail! :)
Yo does the henderson hasselbalch equation work for this question? I tried using the equation but it didnt get the correct answer, or maybe I did some workings wrong
Thank god you are doing ocr a love you bro
Hi could u do some bonding questions
For 4.3, can’t you look at the pH before any NaOH was added from the graph and then use that to find concentration of H+ and then use Ka formula to find concentration of HX?
How can you do that if the graph hasn't been drawn yet?
@ oh Yh sorry I didn’t think
@@echo4k915 No worries :) good luck
Helped me alot with some of the challenging ToF questions, thanks!!
No worries, glad it helped :)
Visiting this video back in uni 😂
😂
Thank you!
Please for paper 2❤
The kc expression is wrong it's products over reactants
What did I do?
6:03 CHCIF2 was supposed to be on top
@@RewayiElizabeth is that a product, or reactant?
Is vaporization one of the steps?
Nope, but its part of ionisation step
this was so helpful you don't understand! tysm! pls keep coming out with these videos :,)
Thanks :) Would you prefer question walkthrougs, or full topic 'everything you need to know' videos?
@@easymodeexams33 question walkthroughs please
@@easymodeexams33 I personally like questions walkthrough but I would watch both. :)
@@easymodeexams33 question walkthroughs please :)
This was incredibly helpful and insightful! You have a knack for explaining things. Could you do a video covering percentage yield, specifically calculating theoretical yield? I can't seem to find a good explanation anywhere!
Thank you for the video! For percentage yield is it the concentration, moles or mass were concerned with, and for atom economy is it only mass were concerned with?
Will you ever do one like this for AS A level Maths ?
I'm not planning on it tbh
Do you have this for all 3 papers combined??
nope, not yet
ONE FOR BIO?
yeah i do, AQA and OCR
have you made one for biology
Not yet, but it's a super similar pathway, basically the same
Thanks so much for this video it's so helpful! Just one Q, at 1:24:36, why is written NO3-/NO? Isn't the NO the more oxidised form so shouldn't it be written as NO/NO3-? Thanks again for all you help, a literal life saver
Its the specific thing that is oxidised/reduced, which happens to be 'N'. The 'O' remains the same ox state at 2-, but N changes from +5 to +2. So +5 is more oxidised, so goes first
@ tysm I understand and it now :)
Hi, I'm new to the A Level Chemistry world. One of the biggest regrets I had in College (I'm 31 now) was that I didn't follow my love for Science because I didn't think I'd be good at it. Now I'm independently studying and am up for the challenge. I've been looking for a UA-cam Channel that gives this kind of info so I'm glad I found it :)
Thanks for the comment :) I'd suggest checking out my step-by-step guide to getting A/A* in A-level chem. It's one of my recent videos. It's the roadmap I recommend following. Good luck with your journey!
@easymodeexams33 Thanks I will do :)

For the third bullet point, why is it necessary to transfer the solution to the volumetric flask after it has already been prepared in the beaker? Wouldn’t washing it into the volumetric flask with water decrease the concentration as well?
Will you ever do walkthroughs of past papers sir?
can u make edexcel a level chem videos?
Yh pls
This is the only video that has actually helped me 😭
ayyyy I'm glad haha :)
Thank you this video was really helpful
No worries :)
But if the volume doesn't remain constant would I be able to use just the ratio of moles Sir, or is it best to convert
What exactly do you mean by use the ratio of moles? I don't quite understand
@@easymodeexams33 so I just find number moles without converting back to concentration
@@easymodeexams33 so just moles of acid over moles of salt
However this doesn’t apply to every Q right? Because I seem to not get right answer when I didn’t convert back to the neconcentration and plug it into equation
@Beautifulday1231r nah you need concentration every time, unless the volume within 'c=n/v' in the top and bottom of the fraction are equal and cancel, leaving "c=n", allowing you to use either c or n. The Ka expression is all about concentrations so use concentrations, NOT MOLES, if you're unsure if the volumes can be cancelled.
Can i use this fir edexcel?
For the most part, but there are some differences
