I think the reason Naruto was such an important anime to me is because usually when people feel so much pain like Naruto did they just shut down and distant themselves. But Naruto still is happy and silly, and makes other smile around him even though he's been through so much. He seems to love even more after each heart break.

I'm 25 years old and I've been watching/reading Naruto ever since I was 11 1/2, and I could honestly say that Naruto has saved my life. At such a young age, I felt that Naruto's life was exactly like mine. I was treated like a monster, like I was an outcast. I felt truly alone growing up. I did have a family, but they weren't very accommodating when it came to my feelings, was bullied for no apparent reason, I felt my life slipping away each day questioning why I even existed, but then I found Naruto. Although at the time, I had only one computer in a family of 5. Naruto saved me because of our connection, because we felt similar pain, and that he never gave up no matter how shitty the situation was.. HE boosted my confidence! When I turned 21, I came across a sum of money. I always wanted a Naruto tattoo, so I came up with a sweet tattoo to get, so I got Kurama also known as the nine tailed fox tattood on my whole left forearm. I felt that it was right to get it because I believed that all those years alone, I started realizing that I had a demon inside me slowly taking over me by using my hatred and sorrow, but over the years, I was able to control it and embrace it instead of trying to destroy it. On October 10, 2015, Masashi Kishimoto himself came to NYC. I know, very insane, I never thought the day would come when he and I would be in the same country, yet alone the same state and city! Whether he was in NYC or California, I still would have flown out to see him. He was at comic con, but unfortunately I couldn't get the tickets to see him, but he was also making an appearance at a barns and noble. At this location, he was only seeing 110 people and it was first come first serve, so I showed up a day early to get a spot on line. I showed up at 2:30pm est and could you believe I was already the 24th person there?! Eventually the time came, after 20+ hours of waiting, I finally got in the same room with Kishimoto himself! The one person to be a hero in my life, I finally got to meet him! Being a grown male, I never saw myself ever being like a fan girl with anything, even with Kishimoto himself, but when I approached his table, it was like I felt such an overwhelming aura coming from the table as I approached it. It was just like how Karin said the Chakra blooming from Naruto is full of sunshine, something so bright. When I approached him, I began to tell him(His translator told him as well) how much his work saved my life and as a thanks and a symbol of my survival, I got Kurama. I showed him it, and I got a reaction I never thought I would ever get. Every one was truly surprised as well! He got out his chair and his eyes opened so wide and said loudly "SUGGOIIII" and grabbed my arm to get a closer look. His editor came over to see as well, and from his expression it seemed he really liked it. Kishimoto said something along with the editor and they both pulled out their phone, The translator told me if it were ok that they both took a picture of my arm. At this point, I felt my skin boiling, I was shaking, and close to crying because the one person who I never thought in my life that I'd be able to meet or tell him how thankful I am had just acknowledged and loved my art. This was truly a life changing experience. Naruto has been a huge part of my life and one that will never be forgotten. Naruto has saved my life. It may not be for everybody, but to me, it's everything. To this day, I have never met a single person who was as obsessed with Naruto as I am. If you want to talk about Naruto? I'd talk until you were sick and tired of it! I know not many will read this, but I just felt like commenting just how much I love and appreciate this manga/anime. i love that naruto is that guy that will be with you no matter what he wont forget what you've done to him or for him but more important than that, he is strong for his friends and for himself and he never gives up. naruto changed my whole life (the way i looked at it).

This AMV still gets to me after almost 2 Years. Simply because this perfectly describes not only Naruto but hopefully what other will realise as a situation in their life; Naruto was alone for such a long time but he still fought and tried his best. Then he found Iruka and everyone else and despite all the hardships he had to go through they were always there and stood up for him and all the solitude and loneliness he went through and sometimes even felt is forgotten because NOW, now there are so many people that care for him and love him for who he is. And that is a situation in our lifes; no matter how lonely we feel at times, we will always have someone to love us for who we are, someone who will be there for us. Maybe this person isn't here yet, but when they are, they will be right there with you and they will never let you fall.

This video is just beyond amazement. Naruto. He never gave up! No matter what! This video shows how much sh*t he had to go through his ENTIRE LIFE yet no matter WHAT he NEVER gave up! NEVER. He always kept trooping through life even if it gave him lemons! He just tossed them out and smashed them down with his feet! Screw the lemons! Naruto is like a great show for people that want some good anime that has a good main character and side characters as well it worked with Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, The main character Naruto Uzumaki had a life that a very small amount of people that cared for him and a large nation that despised him and hated him as tried to make a horrible hell, hiding his feelings behind a mask but the group grew when he met more people in the future as he aged. What we can relate is that we grew with him since he was a child, we seen his life, saw how he felt, grew older and became into a person that people can enjoy be with as friends, partners, team, etc. and find out more about the side characters too like Itachi, Nagato, and so on as well find out more about his family, Kurama and the last few of Uzumaki's that are still there. One piece is one of them same like Naruto, Luffy didn't know about his own parents since he never heard of them and was kept a secret from him as his grandpa hid it from him as the only one who knew, Luffy had Similarity with Naruto since they had the same goal which was " I'll be Pirate King!", " I'll become Hokage!" they are not ashamed to tell that to the world because that's what they want to do and both of them had to mature when someone special to them died with Luffy lost Ace in front of him while Naruto lost someone (Jiraya and his friends) who was dear to him since he was a young child. They both were special Naruto being the jinchuuriki of the nine tails and Luffy being the son of the most wanted criminal in the world and knew that there were consequences for what they done and well helped people while they did it, The worked hard for what they reached for and became stronger to help their friends and the people that need it the most no madder what they felt what peoples true nature was for what they really not. They'll do anything for their friends and their love ones and specials ones that helped them through even if they were not what they seemed to be but they can change. People enjoyed different things in the world they don't have to love one things in common so that's what makes us different and so does our personality, looks, thought, learning system, psychical form, etc. We're the same yet so Different.

I loved your amv, it felt very uplifting. While I like you had an extra reason for making it, I will same sometimes a wish isn't enough. Sometimes people feel in they are in a corner. Sometimes the real thing is there is no way out. While sure enough their are a lot of people depressed for reasons we don't see are enough or they can just get themselves out of it. If they could they would since they can't they won't. The problem is much bigger than an inspirational amv can bring. However I like that you made an effort and that it affected you to make this. Most depressed and suicidal people can't see that anyone cares. They may have family's who really do care but somehow they feel alone more than anything no matter what.

My beginning was the same as of my favorite hero ( naruto ). I never didnt really got friends and was very lonley. Didn't got any brother or sister. I was really lonley and sometimes kids in the school were bulling me. But last year i got into an new school and found many friends ^^ . Now even the girls like me ^^. Guys I love Naruto, both the manga and the character, (And Naruto Bashers start typing now and ignore the rest of the comment) but this amv is about the people who were there for Naruto. So this post is just for all those amazing characters. You know writing this post I just realized what Kishimoto did. For the 4th Great Ninja War at the beginning it was about coming together to fight a common enemy but at the end it became about coming together to support a common ally, i.e. Naruto. Kishimoto took the entire Shinobi Alliance from a place of fear to a place of hope by letting them believe in Naruto. It really is a stupendous story of coming together and fighting for what is right instead of just fighting against what is wrong.

I must say, that was really touching. Thank you for sharing your story. I'm 26 now, but I remember when Naruto first came out and how drawn I was to it and still am. One of the best parts of my adolescence.
i love that naruto is that guy that will be with you no matter what he wont forget what you've done to him or for him but more important than that, he is strong for his friends and for himself and he never gives up. naruto changed my whole life (the way i looked at it).

This AMV still gets to me after almost 2 Years. Simply because this perfectly describes not only Naruto but hopefully what other will realise as a situation in their life;
Naruto was alone for such a long time but he still fought and tried his best. Then he found Iruka and everyone else and despite all the hardships he had to go through they were always there and stood up for him and all the solitude and loneliness he went through and sometimes even felt is forgotten because NOW, now there are so many people that care for him and love him for who he is.
And that is a situation in our lifes; no matter how lonely we feel at times, we will always have someone to love us for who we are, someone who will be there for us. Maybe this person isn't here yet, but when they are, they will be right there with you and they will never let you fall.

this really inspires me as I did self harm and I was about to give up on life but this video, the song and the anime made me stand back on my feet away from the darkness.

Naruto is like a great show for people that want some good anime that has a good main character and side characters as well it worked with Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, The main character Naruto Uzumaki had a life that a very small amount of people that cared for him and a large nation that despised him and hated him as tried to make a horrible hell, hiding his feelings behind a mask but the group grew when he met more people in the future as he aged. What we can relate is that we grew with him since he was a child, we seen his life, saw how he felt, grew older and became into a person that people can enjoy be with as friends, partners, team, etc. and find out more about the side characters too like Itachi, Nagato, and so on as well find out more about his family, Kurama and the last few of Uzumaki's that are still there.
One piece is one of them same like Naruto, Luffy didn't know about his own parents since he never heard of them and was kept a secret from him as his grandpa hid it from him as the only one who knew, Luffy had Similarity with Naruto since they had the same goal which was " I'll be Pirate King!", " I'll become Hokage!" they are not ashamed to tell that to the world because that's what they want to do and both of them had to mature when someone special to them died with Luffy lost Ace in front of him while Naruto lost someone (Jiraya and his friends) who was dear to him since he was a young child. They both were special Naruto being the jinchuuriki of the nine tails and Luffy being the son of the most wanted criminal in the world and knew that there were consequences for what they done and well helped people while they did it, The worked hard for what they reached for and became stronger to help their friends and the people that need it the most no madder what they felt what peoples true nature was for what they really not.
They'll do anything for their friends and their love ones and specials ones that helped them through even if they were not what they seemed to be but they can change. People enjoyed different things in the world they don't have to love one things in common so that's what makes us different and so does our personality, looks, thought, learning system, psychical form, etc. We're the same yet so Different.

I feel heart-warming every time I listen to this song and recall the story of Naruto and his friends. Anime is like a salvation for human desperation in real life!
I loved your amv, it felt very uplifting. While I like you had an extra reason for making it, I will same sometimes a wish isn't enough. Sometimes people feel in they are in a corner. Sometimes the real thing is there is no way out. While sure enough their are a lot of people depressed for reasons we don't see are enough or they can just get themselves out of it. If they could they would since they can't they won't. The problem is much bigger than an inspirational amv can bring. However I like that you made an effort and that it affected you to make this. Most depressed and suicidal people can't see that anyone cares. They may have family's who really do care but somehow they feel alone more than anything no matter what.

I just got into Naruto recently, and I know a few of the characters but this is just too feel filled.
I'm aware of that hates already! My two friends hate the series for whatever reason.

LiGht YaGami One loves anime, she loves Code Geass (I dunno if it's spelt correctly considering I don't watch it) Death Note and others. Her only reply is that it seems "childish" and she doesn't want to join it because she is imitated by the large fanbase. In all honesty, I think she's just afraid about being a fan.
My other friend, she just finds the concept "Unappealing" and "unoriginal" and she however has not given Naruto a chance.

I know I'm a little late but Naruto is hands down one of my favorite animes. He is so easy for me to relate to for me. Like Naruto I was born different, teased and bullied a lot. I had and still have a sunny disposition. However I still go through a lot. Naruto is the coolest character to root for. When I watched this I knew he would he would have his happy ending makes me happy I finally got mine. Naruto gives hope to people like me and several others.

Guys I love Naruto, both the manga and the character, (And Naruto Bashers start typing now and ignore the rest of the comment) but this amv is about the people who were there for Naruto. So this post is just for all those amazing characters. You know writing this post I just realized what Kishimoto did. For the 4th Great Ninja War at the beginning it was about coming together to fight a common enemy but at the end it became about coming together to support a common ally, i.e. Naruto. Kishimoto took the entire Shinobi Alliance from a place of fear to a place of hope by letting them believe in Naruto. It really is a stupendous story of coming together and fighting for what is right instead of just fighting against what is wrong.
Naruto your an inspiration to billions of people, including me. I was never accepted by my family I was never even acknowledged as an existing being
I was forgotten pushed away beaten and abused I have no real family
so in a way I can relate to Naruto and Sasuke both

mate at the time i found this i didnt even watch Naruto. i was too dumb and too childish to start such a masterpiece and never did, but i remember watching this AMV like it was something made by God. the scenes, the zooms, the flash. you were such a step forward for the time, what a smoothness. i was and i am an editor myself, to reach a level like yours has been the goal for the past 10 years.
