When you're actually watching it, it hurts, but when you rewatch it in an amv, it's hurts even more. So many characters/lives, lost because of war, and still... the story never ends.
Sadly that’s how it was back then. The leaf represents Japan needing to show their power because of how small their country was. They slaughtered China, Korea, India, all of them. They felt scared that if they didn’t take action, China would’ve ruled over them, along with India. After learning this, I finally understood naruto on a whole new level.
Thats why i love naruto so much. The wars are not with blade or kunais or jutsus. They all symbolise the wars of minds and ideologies. "It is the Life itself." like poe said in The Oval Portrait.

It’s crazy how much my impression of the series have changed over time. You can totally enjoy watching Naruto when you are 10 and 25 with different perspectives of the characters and story. After rewatching Naruto for the 2nd time and seeing how Naruto is living in Boruto, I noticed how sad and tiring is for naruto. He spent his love youth giving his best to chase after Sasuke and being him back, meantime saving the village and his friends, even though he was bullied, now after saving the world his job is draining his energy and life time, and I think this is so sad.

Damn.. after hearing Pain and Obito’s words, and listening to the notes of that violin during the wedding, it really made me see that wedding in a whole new light. Just as the video is titled “No Happy Endings”, it really made me realize that the wedding was really just an ephemeral moment of happiness. We don’t know what’s ultimately going to happen to everyone, but so goes life. Everything eventually has an end, and that’s ok.
In other words, Pain/Nagato was right. Instead of a tail beast weapon...madara and kaguya made the world know pain and peace was established for a moment but with time that pain will fade and a new pain will occur for peace to happen again and in doing so the creator shows us real life reality on why humans never learn from war and it keeps happening

The best thing about that scene is that Hashirama tells that to emphasize village being the most important thing. But Madara does not mention the village part. After rewatching Naruto for the 2nd time and seeing how Naruto is living in Boruto, I noticed how sad and tiring is for naruto. He spent his love youth giving his best to chase after Sasuke and being him back, meantime saving the village and his friends, even though he was bullied, now after saving the world his job is draining his energy and life time, and I think this is so sad.
But it was his dream. I dont think he is unhappy. He has a family, friends and respect of people in the village. He did not ask more.

Damn.. after hearing Pain and Obito’s words, and listening to the notes of that violin during the wedding, it really made me see that wedding in a whole new light. Just as the video is titled “No Happy Endings”, it really made me realize that the wedding was really just an ephemeral moment of happiness. We don’t know what’s ultimately going to happen to everyone, but so goes life. Everything eventually has an end, and that’s ok.

I literally got chills down my spine especially when everyone was screaming aka Naruto saying kurama boruto yelling dad Sarada yelling papa!
