It is a time of uncertainty. The empire's ambiguous tariff statutes mandate close reexamination of galactic export quotas. Interim Princess Agoomba has co-chaired a subcommittee to draft amendments to existing trade policies. Meanwhile, regulatory agencies are being heavily lobbied by a consortium of mercantile interest groups and their suppliers to streamline loading restrictions for class-C cargo vessels. The shipping unions have remained conspicuously silent.
This seems more interesting than the movies. Will the tariffs remain? How will the central galactic bank react? Will this lead to a 1.7% increase in cost of traded goods in the Augustus system? All these questions that are dying for answers.
If you're interested in logistics and economy and infrastructure, that's a pretty intriguing start. I guess a bunch of nerds was the best gamble for that opening at least...

I actually did the math. That village would have have plenty of food. Enough to feed 400 people for a year. Also, the conflict makes no sense because the empire can make worm holes. It’s quite peculiar how he doesn’t ever mention director’s cuts for his movies that aren’t getting trashed on Twitter

Heh, is this movie just A Bug's Life? Literally, the bad guys are like, "Give us all of your food!" and the hero goes out looking for circus bugs... er... allies to help.
Yeah, they're both based on Seven Samurai. Star Wars is based on Hidden Fortress (which is by the same director) which is probably why Zach decided to steal from Seven Samurai like Pixar did, though did it worst.

Uncle Zack didn't actually write these movies. He found the story on a Star Wars fanfic site and paid the 8-year-old author sixteen cases of Red Vines for the rights.
Lol so thrilling
Unironically more exciting that RM 1 or 2.

One little tidbit that I personally found hilarious in the second movie (my mom conned me into it because she loves shitty movies) was that the entire showdown on Veldt, the walkers are pretty much never used until the very last minute, and they have an incredibly small screen time, so much so that it was hard to even find a screenshot of one.
Turns out, if you get a solid look at it, it looks damn near identical to the Fallen Walker of Destiny fame with a perhaps Metal Gear skin lazily plastered over it. Man i was floored, that made me laugh so damn hard.
I actually did the math. That village would have have plenty of food. Enough to feed 400 people for a year. Also, the conflict makes no sense because the empire can make worm holes. That technology allows them to always be 1 stop away from their home planet. They didn't need the wheat and the amount of wheat they asked for was probably not enough for a ship that size. The story made no sense.
The coal shoveling scene destroyed my sanity, what possible use would COAL FURNACES have on a goddamn spaceship!?
