The life of. Colonel in army he has to take his battalion in the dense areas while in mission and taking responsibility of soldiers.
The life of ias ips ..is not just wow.
Even they have pressure from political bodies and even though anything happens in the district they are the first to hear about the news .
The life of lawyer and judge is also not simple, they still read books at the age of 60s for solving a case of a victim.
In case of doctor like neurosurgeon. Even they work 12 to 15 hrs a day for operation.
And the best example like NARENDRA MODI JI...he his alike chairman of sbi ..he has the pressure of all 29 states and work work work for the nation.
Indian railways loco pilots didn't have time to celebrate Holi ,diwali at all ..they even don't have much family time as sbi officer have. just think where the pressure is not... And even in private IT SECTOR they are stick towards there laptop and work 10 to 12 hrs a Day .

truly said Vijay, people always gonna demotivate one who r comming this fields, even f u r working in private company there is no job security nd still work pressure, senior junior pressure they scold eachother, nd many more things......I can relate but f u come in bank job it's u gonna feel proud just u r officer in SBI po, promotion is very fast rather than another govt job, nd there r no working as shift a, b, c like another govt job police nd railway department, that's beauty of banking sector, I have some friends they are selected in railway department as rrb je, n officer also they r mentally pressure too much high n no good salary than bank also give resign from railway coz they always saying no feeling like u r in government job coz shift a, b, c like private sector nd every time I have big responsibility....
so SBI po is very good, social respect, future, promotion is very very best than another sector............nd jo aapne bat Kahi o bilkul Satya hai , log Kahi na khai ye bhee chahte hai agar Aisa bolenge nhi to sbhi log SBI me aane ki sochenge isse comptension pe bhee effect pdega🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

work pressure is too heavy...i have seen so many banks. all they are working so hard and without any happiness on their face....and late nights are common. so negative that which is spreading is true in most of the cases. be careful while entering bank especially sbi.
Recently selected as sbi po and this video gave me a positive feeling.

I have resigned from SBI recently due to poor work life balance..... Bhai job krne ka matlab ye nhi hota ki ghar ko bhool jao..... No request considered on spouse ground, medical of parents, got cervical spine issues at this age. Yeah, something is better than nothing but if you have some other option go for it. I have left SBI with 6+ years of experience.

Mere father military mai hai, zindegi bhar family sey alag rahe hai, fir v job ki badnami nhi krte, kuki unki uniform he humara ghar chalati hai, mere mama ji chacha ji state police mai hai, 24/7 duty hoti hai, dunia bhar ki negativity hai, but wo khusi khusi kam krte hai. So I know krne wale kisi v situation mai krenge, aur kamchor log AC mai baith k, kam krne mai bhi royenge.
Abey bhai ye sab koi selling job nahi hai. Bohot bankers aise bhi hai jo bohot mehnat krte hai par agar last mey jaake tum loan/insurance sell nahi kar paye toh upper management waley log itna zaleel krte hai ki tum khudse question krte ho ki maine life mey itni padhai likhai or hardwork bss ye sab bechne or gaali sunne ke liye?
Abe chalna mai khud SSC tech clear karke 5 saal 6 months serve karke aya hu muje Teri Tara hi galat fami thi aur aj dur bhi ho gayi SBI PO hoke 1saal 3 months mai hi resign karke FCI mai ghusa hu currently. Physical labour aur mental labour mai farak hai AC dikh jata hai mental harrasment nai both public aur seniors ka. Army mai har din Jung nai ho jaati 2 saal baad baad field posting hoti hai toh 2 saal Aram bhi milta hai sbi po ko kuch nai milta waisa. Uske upar army police k samne koi mu nai kholsakta yaha ak anpad gawar Tak jisko tamij kuch nai woh tak kuch bhi bolke maje se nikal jata hai .

i am also a batch of sbi po 2021 and i resigned recently because of extremely bad negative work culture...you have to literaly beg for holidays. The branch managers are worst there. They dont care about staff and care abour their targets.

Depends upon circle to circle, but in most cases its 3-4 Months.
This gentleman seems to be very positive in his attitude.
I hope and wish that he stays the same till his retirement.
The fact is he is still under probation.
The 2 years probation period of a PO in SBI is called as honeymoon and they are treated and pampered like the new son - in - law.
And honeymoon doesn't last forever.
During probation they are paid all the Salary and Allowances due to them like any other permanent officer just for learning the Bank's systems and procedures and the practices.
They don't have to do any work other than learning during those 2 years.
Every where else you pay to learn but here you are paid for learning.
Once you complete your probation you are given an assignment and that's when your real job starts.
I would like to hear this gentleman's views 2years from now after he finishes his first line / operations assignment.
It seems atleast 4 Managers have committed suicide in the 2 Telugu states during the past 3 years due to work pressure and harrasment by the bosses.
If not the life atleast you are very likely to loose your self respect .
