The first Jingles video I saw was probably 7 or 8 years ago. Over the years, I've seen so many people thank Jingles for helping them get through tough times. Today, as someone who is dealing with their parents separating, it's my turn. Thank you, Jingles, for making my day a little less crap ❤
My name's Gunnery Sergeant Highway and I've drunk more beer and banged more quiff and pissed more blood and stomped more ass that all of you numbnuts put together.
❤ love it when I see someone using the Manticore well. GG and WP! The Manticore is my second most played tank. Also I do believe the Manticore has the third best camo of any light tank but the best camo of any high tier light can get to 55%. I don't count wheeled vehicles. Real light drivers don't use them.
Wheeled vehicle camo doesn't count even if you do drive them - you have to get so close to the enemy to spot with them that the camo is much worse in practice. Plus you can't afford to drop optics for vents for the minmax
Well, he is running a free account, used an expensive consumable and fired only gold ammo. Almost 70,000 in expenses for that alone and 80.000 in expenses with the repairs.
@@PhilipKerry Indeed. I hadn't even bothered looking at the Premium account earnings because I assumed they would be bigger than the Free account. Guess Wargaming likes to make a fool of everyone. XD
That was some impressive coordination between the two of them at the end. They managed to work together to pick off enemy tanks, the other team just went for it individually or kept going back and forth until they died. Outnumbered, but not outmatched.
Small side kudos to their third platoonmate who had a respectable 3.8K damage. I know that can be as little as two shots for a shitbarn but it was the second highest on the team.
Got the reference, and loved watching the last two bringing back victory from apparent defeat - I'm sure the enemy team was quite cocky about it .. oh well.
I will always maintain that WG were originally gonna give the Manticore the 183mm, but they realized it wouldn’t be balanced so they fell-back on the 105mm lol
And almost 4k damage. I don't know WoT, but isn't there some kind of reward for having X amount of damage or kills for a platoon? And did they get it or not?
They wouldn't have gotten any medals though. For brothers in arms medal, they all need to be alive and have at least 3 kills each. For crucial contribution they would need 12 kills (not sure if they need to be alive for this one)
That enemy T95 was something else. Besides the fact he apparently only managed to penetrate 1 shot, when he was spotted at the end, he was pointing the wrong direction...
Thanks Jingles! The only gameplay I really enjoy watching anymore are well played scouts and tier 5 and 6 realistic tank matchups so I really appreciate these.
Nice patience. Fantastic recovery. You know when you haven't played WoT in a long time when you say, "WTF is a vickers?" I've been thinking about logging on lately.
Armored cars are not "not stealthy" enough to spot, they have the best stationary and moving camo in tier 9 and 10, and 2nd best in tier 7 and 8. They do have shorter view range.
And it's that view range that forces them to be active scouts above tier 6. Just one armored car in a battle can flush out all of the passive scouts if the player takes the time to plan escape routes.
WoT has slumped in popularity massively in the past >5 years or so. But here Jingles is, hosting battle replays that are unarguably more enjoyable to watch than playing the actual game.
That is one oppressive game for the enemy team (similar to when an enemy team all congregate in the southwest corner on Prokhorovka), very well played and coordinated
The Manticore in real life actually did have a 'battleship' gun, or at least a light cruiser's 6" gun. The idea was for the crew to get out, fire it remotely and hope they still had a tank to get back into after the recoil from that thing going off
Jingles...when you said that the Conqueror has a better rate of fire than the Manticore, I thought at first you were talking about the British BB in WoWs!!! 🤣🤣🤣
just so you know jingles, in the usmc there is a big difference between a gunnery sergeant Enlisted rank 7 and a a master gunnery sergeant, enlisted rank 9, it is equivalent to the highest rank in the enlisted side of the Marine corps. same pay grade as sergeant major. Also the flaming bomb emblem is way cooler
So, played his heart out, did everything right, won them the game, topped the scoreboard... and it still cost him credits to achieve this. This really is outrageous....
aye jingles you don't gotta be 40 to get the reference, im in my mid 20s and I got it instantly! and actually jingles the ebr has really good camo, it just has really awful view range which is why it has to be agressive.
"They'd have to put a hatch in the top of the turret for the breach to poke through." Like... Gaijin did with that Japanese tank destroyer in War Thunder. Though, in that case it may have been down to an over-enthusiastic researcher, rather than gameplay mechanics.
I'm not a great LT player. The british tanks are def sit spot and survive to the late game then use that limited ammo supply to make them pay. They're also the clue that WN8 is a flawed but useful metric. Damage being the biggest qualifier for WN8. Need to change something to make spotting damage more valuable.
That has been an LT players complaint for years. I'm pretty sure that the fact that spotting damage counts for next to nothing has been going on, at least, since Jingles stopped playing WoT himself. I don't think WeeGee give a crap anymore, just keeps rolling out those BS Premiums and does nothing to improve the gaming experience (other than making it worse).
I don't know if it was a bug but the post-battle results screen said that they earned 79k (before deductions) without premium but WITH premium, it would've been 74k?!
There was an American tank much like the manticore. There was only 10 of them made and only 4 are known to exist left. It was made in the 1950's but instead of going with it they went with something else. It was called the t-95 I think. I can't swear that is the name of it but I'm pretty sure.
Did the Manticore ever get buffed after release or was it more a matter of people gradually figuring out how to make it useful after the backlash from the vehicle being blatantly unfit for the light tank meta (...inasmuch as there even *was* a light tank meta at the time other than facerolling the WASD keys in the EBR 105 Super GT) died down?
hmm, a light tank with a battleship main gun would be an interesting thing to see. can we try with the American 16 inch 50 calibre main guns? I think each barrel weighs in around 50 tons.
Just wonering if u are done with armored warfare? ...Been a while now and there have been masses of improvements😊...and under new management also with big plans in the making

This was indeed a well played match, a good contender to your crown.
Wins and does all that spotting. And comes out as a credit loss
