Joan isn’t that young since she would have to be Menopausal stage of her life plus she and Jay only met and married a few years ago. People in their 50s-60s don’t want to start off their marriage procreating for various of reasons. Now if they were younger that would be an different story, but not every couple needs to have kids of their own!

This is both wholesome and an absolute nightmare. Imagine having two people who are near exact doppelgangers of your parents in your life, which would be nice to a point. But the reality is that the people who actually raised you are dead and gone. From your perspective it might be nice to speak to people who look like your parents but from your parents perspective their lives are over.
Spoiler Alert: I was so heart broken when Joan died in Young Justice Season 3, she and Jay were the best couple ever and Barry, Iris, Mary, Rudy, Wally and later Bart were so close they were like Grandparents. Makes me wonder if Joan was the Proverbial Grammy Flash Wally would talk about.

It would’ve been cool, and might be something they’ll touch on in the finale, but also nice to see Barry Will potentially deal with threats post show ending meaning he’s still the flash and not going anywhere.

Good comics make great use of interesting angles and positions to show the characters in, not just standing around blankly. The cringe worthy fake science is accurate tho.
