Looked like your height adjuster, was hit the table on the bottom. You gotta take the pressure off of the height adjustment screws. And you really need to tighten them locking screws pretty good. Pretty much need a breaking bar. To loosen and tighten.

After you tighten the locking screws you can have to check the adjustment again a lot of times it moves, i used adjust loosen the locknuts a little bit and tap at work needs to be with the hammer went much faster.
