It is wonderful and fantastic news for you and long long overdue. I know it has been a struggle, but hopefully the end of that struggle has come and the start of things getting substantially better has arrived. You have lots of support of family, and fiancee and friends, of which I am proud and honoured to be one.
As for mood swings, they may happen. They may be quite noticeable or subtle. My view is that as best as possible just take them in your stride and find ways to incorporate them into you.
