Very amazing fractals, now with reflections and lights! I would like to do another music composition with this in foreground...I recently learned how to reprogram the zynaddsubfx to do solfeggio scale...
There are some amazing Moiré / aliasing effects (for instance from 1:45 to 1:48) in this flight. Did you leave them in deliberately for artistic effect or did you just forget / not bother to use a higher supersampling factor? ;)
@blubberdi, generally I'm not using anti-aliasing because of terrible rendering time (it took about 150 hours to render this). This moire was from interference between some details and rendering resolution.
sir... would you mind if I used your Journey Through Fractals 1&2 as backing to one of my songs? It's a non-commercial project, and I will credit you in the description with links to your work. =)
@xlace I Just revisited and now I can hear the tune with the piano :) I usually just make my own music, soundcloud[dot]com/analog-x64/ I like the video, I can only image how much work goes into this.
it's not just science & math, it is artistry.. magnificent & sublime. No exageration!
Gorgeous work, the lighting was beautiful, the cinematography was fantastic, it felt very intimate. Thank you.
*Thank you!*
Wow, beautiful ...and thank you so much for making the software available to us all. :-)
I love this one! Your other videos are great, but I love the playful flythrough energy.

I always wait eagerly your new videos, and it really pays off everytime =)
Great video, and nice peaceful music!
Which fractals are used in this hybrid?
Outstanding vid. Listen to some classical music while watching this!
So beautiful I nearly wept!
@Theodorlei1 but it says "Music from YouTbue AudioSwap" which would suggested there should be audio.
bravo
this piece is magical

@xlace Warto było poświęcić tyle czasu...sztuka XXI wieku... wielki pokłon w twoją strone,za to co stworzyłeś..
Really really great!

@xlace, I have had some problems with audio codecs. Now I can use AudioSwap, so the audio is added.
@smiertelnik1905, rok na napisanie programu, 10 godzin na przygotowanie animacji, 150 godzin na zrenderowanie
coś świetnego.. wywołuje naprawdę ciekawe uczucie..:d coś niezwykłego wręcz.. ile czasu pochłonęło stworzenie tego dzieła?
@AnalogX64, I have some problems with AudioSwap. It stopped working for me :(
Amazing.

i want to watch those 3d fractals in a Imax - Dome Cinema :D
I want quantum computers to watch 3D fractals in real time.D
all your videos look like alien spaceships =D
very impressive....
Nice animation. I dont hear any audio.
@Omegaroth
p.s.
this would've won the fractalforums competition 100%
bravo!nice work/
cool!
You know, it's weird to think that this is the result of a simple 3-variable recursive function!
... and a little raycasting...
@AnalogX64 you arent supposed to.
@AnalogX64 umm... yes my fault^^
