Вот простудишься, температура под 40, спишь и видишь ИМЕННО ЭТО. И ощущение, как будто голова еле помещается в комнате и сейчас лопнет. I saw IT in my fever rave when i caught a big cold.
Thank you. Tryed creating others that looks so "creapy", but no luck so far. Also i been doing other things last fiew years, and had no time to experiment. Not good with the math behind it, I just experiment untill i find somthing that looks ok, and try to mix it with other tings. But fractals has fascinated me since I saw them for the first time, and now I see them everywhere in nature and some buildings with special architectures.
For my eyes, one of the best i saw here... for one simple reason : vegetal looking !! most of best Mandelbulb fractals get "space architectural looking"... some are wonderful, but i regret the lack of vegetal and organic landscape. Thank's ! (°v°)
I have a phobia and have been frightened when a mandelBULB threatened tro come OUT of the screen and engulf me ! Also goregrinder music doesn't help matters !
(radio ad for the 50's movie, THE FLY.) "The management will not permit you to see THE FLY alone, unless you sign a legal waiver in the theater lobby. I am authorized to pay $100 to the first person who can prove it couldn't happen !" This monstrous shape scared me at 0:03
this is kind of a late reply to your question, but check out Avisynth, and the MKV compression stuff they do. you'd want to get AvsP as a simple app to make a script to open the video, and use something like MeGUI to compress it.
@Username93611 There r some 3d fractals videos out there, that goes into the fractal and not only moves around them. Problem is it's easy to get lost in there. lol
I know it's processor intensive, but I'd love to see a zoom on a mandelbulb. The mandelbrot gets more complex as you zoom in. We're just seeing the outer shape of mandelbulbs, because no one ever zooms in on one.
I just looked at this master piece in full HD, and really, dude, it's a complete enchantment for mind and eyes !! Clipping is a real pity : (( but i suppose you'd to do some concessions for rendering time... how many days it tooks ?... Bravo again !! really powerful creation !!
i'M not that technical, but i feel that mandelbrot & bulb sets are not supposed to be heavy on computing power, and that is all because our computers are digital and lineer, not analogue and parallel. if one were to make such a computer, you'd have infinite computing power with a minimal setup. beat this.

Three seconds in, I became frightened ! Zooming in on some organic shapes (mandelbulbs) causes me anxiety and ever fright.
I love the 'fangs poking through bone' look you have here, very nasty and evocative!
makes my skin crawl
Demogorgon!
I was reading the comments to see if at least one person felt the same. And I found yours, I feel better now.
Great animation. Despite the calls for greater clarity, this seems menacing just as it is. Thanks for all your work!
OH THE HORROR, THE INTRICATE HORROR!!!!
Beautiful, underwater world flowers etc.
that thing looks evil
Thank you.

Tedder And painful to the touch

gorgeous, reminds me of so many cultural forms
Thanks for the ride!
I stepped on one of these before. It was infinitely painful.
i like this camera work.
WOW beautiful man!this is deep!!!!!
Wonderful piece of art!

in 100 years that will be my screensaver
this is corona
It looks... almost Lovecraftian...
breath taking (: happy 2012
its like looking at something under the microscope

Nice animation! It sounds and looks like the music and shape could be from the movie Contagion.
Very impressive - life-like!
Thanks!
Keep remember the simple math formula to overcome your fear of manifestation! Dream indeed!
@EebstertheGreat
reason for por quality is the compression program i used. If you got tips on a god one i can remake this.

@MrWormThe1
i know it's swapped, but it sounds like something from the first NInja Gaiden on xbox
nice one :]
I've also used a _SinY-transformation over the mandelbulb
pure awesome
what I want to know is if there is a way to view these in stereoscope or some sort of 3d fashion
@MrWormThe1 not shure how to find out. Selected one from the audio swap system.
It's in the video title.. Mandelbulb 3D.

one does not simply enter mandelbrot....
420 all day errday
I would not want to touch that.
What life is like in 5d
What happend to 4D?
BTW. if this was a 5D thing, it woud have a 4D shadow
Oh,Acanthaster planci!(crown-of-thorns starfish)
ぎゃ~オニヒトデだ~
Meatbulb
How long did this take to render?
what is that-that freaking thing?
i wish terence mckenna was alive to see this...
I also have Mandelbulb3D and I was wondering, did you use the "Integer Power" and "SinY" formulas for this? That's what the patterns remind me of.
could you please tell me what programs you use to do that?
What program do u use ?
Why are all these videos so poorly anti-aliased? Does it take too long to render?
Fragmentarium??? GPU rendered????
cant find that music anywhere. Could you? C:
