Was wondering when nee video was coming
What did Coach Chris mean by the “tongue thing”? There something special about it?
Compared to the 5, does the 6 fit the same in terms of width? I heard it is narrower than the 5. That would be sad bc I have bunions and the 5 was very comfortable for me. Maybe it was the Asian edition that it was wide and soft enough for bunions but still snug enough in the heels for stability. Thx
Like the 5 you should wear thin socks if a size regular foot.
I never heard of Mizuno until Lendl jumped ship from Adidas to Mizuno in 1990.

Would you say it’s breathable?
I had the 5 and they are very breathable. However, the Lacoste AG23 Lite is better in almost every way, especially stability. One things Exceed Tour better, durability (whole shoe not just outsole)
The durability and value for the money is in the Mizuno WET 6 as well according to Michelle that I spoke with at tennis warehouse . It would be better to compare the ultras to the WET6 .Mizuno has a 1oz lighter version as well .
I bought these today (on a 40% discount) and these are my initial thoughts:
Construction - very well built no complaints
Fit - very snug (in a good way personally). I have average width feet so I tried both size 8 and 8.5 as I heard these come narrow. The salesman confirmed that these do indeed come narrow but for me, it felt like I was wearing another layer of socks. The 8.5 with the wider toebox definitely had more room but too much wiggle room for my liking especially when it was flexed. For Wide fit I definitely would say the regular sizes will be much too narrow so definitely recommend trying these on. As for the length, they were the same as pretty much any other brand I’ve worn over the past.
Stability - I’ve only tried very sharp/sudden burst movement and jumps. The cushion is quite nice and the shoe holds up nicely with lateral movements. I’m on the faster side with movement and I liked how stable and grippy they were. I feel like I can make sudden sprints with this aggressively. Also feels lighter than the New Balance I’ve been wearing.
Overall, I still have to wear these on court but I’m like the shoes a lot already, especially with the 40% discount given how expensive shoes are getting nowadays.
For background info - recently I’ve been wearing new balance fresh foam lauv v2 (on my second pair). I found it to be the most cushiony, comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. I’ve also worn the yonex eclipsion 3 and a whole series of Nike vapour tour 9.5/X. Never liked the Nikes as I found their soles always too hard.
What is the 40% discount and how can I get that too?

The shoe tested is way overweight the 10.5 u.s should not be more than 334 grams + or minus 4 grams per left or right shoe . This looks like a 9 .5 . I called mizuno on weights . There should not be a weight change . The 5 he previously tested at 10.5 was 331 grams .
