SoR3 tracks are beautiful for deconstruction, they're so insane at times that you wonder how all these weird sounds manage to mesh together so well in the end
After all these years am glad people are starting to appreciate sor3 music. I can understand why people hated it back in days including myself cuz it was too robotic which yuzo koshiro himself said that he was aiming for since thats the premise of the game. Yuzo said sor3 musuc was his best work in his career.
Honestly I don't it's that many folks IRL who disliked it. (outside the internet) just fans of 2. I looked up different videos from this game's soundtrack and saw alot of people like myself who enjoyed it
The reason Carpathia is able to deconstruct these tracks like this is because the Genesis gives each instrument its own channel that can be easily separated from each other using different programs. Ruby Delusions on the other hand is stored as a single audio file that cannot be deconstructed in the same way. A fully accurate deconstruction would require a full *reconstruction* of the song using all original instruments, samples, and programs that were originally used to compose the song, which are often unknown. Even if these are all identified, it could take countless hours to faithfully remake the song exactly, and it could be impossible if certain sounds were made in-house and are thus unavailable to the public. TLDR: Not gonna happen, sorry.
this song is so all over the place holy shit. but the only thing i dont like is some parts from channel 4, 3 and 2, like 0:15, 0:30, and 2:06. the rest of the song is great.
Before I ever got to see what the stage was about, or where it too place, I imagined it took place outside, during the evening sunset, with some mild electric lighting from street vendors, running on portable generator power, and the ocean somewhere nearby, like in a Boardwalk-sequel location.🌅
This my mindset and headcanon back when I was just downloading music of games I’d never played, but for some that I’d played, like SoR3, I had never reached the stage where certain tracks were designated, so All I had was my imagination based around that the music made me feel.

Ah nothing like beating bad guys and dodging.. whatever that is on the tracks.
Beginning = 🚨
Also, nice to see Carpathia back. Maybe they were in a Happy Paradise of their own.
11:41 EVERYBODY NOW
I was dying from college work and then an illness so happy paradise is a misnomer 😅
@@carpathia808 Wow, life really does suck.
@@carpathia808well at least we know why your gone so take your time with that stuff no rush now.
@@carpathia808 thought u died ngl.
The way he's using opposite stereo tracks on different channels to propagate echo is...mechanistic.
It is interesting indeed. I can't remember any other genesis game doing that.
Carpathia is back :)
Parabens pelo trabalho :)
Great Job bro! 👍
Finally a new video!
Finally posted, lets go!

Why are all channels cutted in halves?
I'm guessing only model 1 genesis owners could fully enjoy this track with the stereo output. 🤔
Always been the best song in the game imo.
Could you do Ruby Delusions? I would like a oscilloscope deconstruction of it.

@@survivorstudios Oh ok, i thought Ruby Delusions could be desconstructed, but yeah it can't.
So much for a hApPy PaRaDiSe, hUh.!.!
Hey, anyone remember me?
