It seems based on the panoramic x-rays, that by the first patients case the implant in the lower left first premolars position (34) shows the signs of slowly progressing sever periimplantitis. Could that be the case? If yes, then how come that it was not treated or was unnoticed in the 2 years 2 months span of the observation period? Sincerely
