Hats off to you, Biz for digging deep into the catalogs of different bands. I'm sure you agree that reacting to only the most popular tunes might get more views/likes, but some of us really dig it when you take left turns, right turns, u-turns, and run red lights! Peace!
Great blues that is even better live, try it with Deep Purple at the California Jam 1974 and with Rainbow in 1977. Great song, Ritchie Blackmore is an utter beast live on it. Enjoy! 🎵🎸🎤🎹🎶
This is pretty good but the live version of this song at California Jam 1974 is great. Even the version with Rainbow in Munich 1977 (Dio on vocals) is even better.
Even though I liked Ian Gillan's voice and singing much better, this song and also "Stormbringer" were really bangers and I was also blown away by it. Thanks for sharing this really cool song and best wishes @all from hamburg (germany)
A similar bluesy song from Deep Purple with the MK2 line up, check out the song "When a Blind Man Cries", Ritchie's guitar weeps with emotion and Ian's vocals are outstanding.
The second majestic and melodic guitar solo by Blackmore on this tune takes it to another level, further to the blues with Gillan and Purple the tune Place in Line and When a Blind Man Cries with Blackmore on guitar are outstanding
@@joshuadeshaies7266 it’s a really long story but it goes something like this: Everything in excess, no management, a grueling tour schedule, 5 young men on the road together & 2 of them having HUGE egos, a sure recipe for disaster!!
Coverdale was an amateur when they found him, and Hughes definitely influenced him. He brought out the soul. Which unfortunately, Blackmore didn't like. Peace

I see some recommendations for the Cal Jam '74 live version, and while it's better, the official Made in Europe version has superior sound (especially the remaster) and the performance is overall better imo.
You would like the Perfect Strangers 80s reunion all original era members! I got to see them in Jax Fla. and they put on a hellava great show! Do the video for the song Perfect Strangers!
Check out Rainbow's version of this song with Dio on vocals. Rainbow's 1977 Munich Concert "Mistreated", great live version of this song. Maybe one of Dio's best vocal performances. More rock, a little less blues, but still awesome.
You have to do BURN by Deep Purple!

The live version from Made in Europe is another great live example and my favourite with Coverdale on vocals ..
And add the Whitesnake version to it; ua-cam.com/video/e1oITQVV_JM/v-deo.html

My personal favourite of Mistreated live is the version from Made in Europe

DEEP PURPLE POR SIEMPRE ❤🎸🎸🎸🔥🔥🤟🏻🤟🏻
I’m all about Ian Gillan on vocals 69-73 ❤🎼🎤 This came out in 74 and it’s a great album don’t get me wrong but I just prefer Ian’s voice 🔥🎤
The second majestic and melodic guitar solo by Blackmore on this tune takes it to another level, further to the blues with Gillan and Purple the tune Place in Line and When a Blind Man Cries with Blackmore on guitar are outstanding
@@Alirkson yes!! I love both of those ♥️🎤🎸
I do to prefer Ian. What happened to Ian? I wonder why he wasn't the front man a lot longer for these guys

I do too. But Cloverdale’s voice is outstanding too. Ian Gillan is top 5 in rock and so unique and the range and control!
I seen them in Vancouver in 1985 they did not play smoke on the water but. Band. Called girl school opened for deep purple
girl school was great. Tremendous initial recorf.
Rainbow, with Dio on vocals, did a great version of this live. You should check it out.
"Smoke on the water 💧 " one of the best guitar 🎸 riffs
Ronnie James Dio and Richie Blackmore- Rainbow - "Live on Stage" got to check this version of Mistreated 🙌
DIO does Mistreated with Rainbow
All the great music is from the 70’s and 80’s!
I wouldn’t call this a ballad. Masterpiece is the word. Just a magnificent Blues track that to me doesn’t get the credit it deserves
Great song. Doesn't get the attention of some of their other songs, but it's nearly perfect. Blackmore kills it.
Dude..great reaction..you fool no one and lay down stay down from there burn album..
Not my favorite, but I was here
Coverdale was an amateur when they found him, and Hughes definitely influenced him. He brought out the soul. Which unfortunately, Blackmore didn't like. Peace
Stormbringer
Dude….this is when they got ultra bluesy with David Coverdale ….LOVE IT!!! That riff is so 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥….great reaction bro 🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽
The second majestic and melodic guitar solo by Blackmore on this tune takes it to another level, further to the blues with Purple the tune Place in Line and When a Blind Man Cries with Blackmore on guitar
@@Alirkson Blackmore is definitely a Guitar God!!!! 🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽
Yes, love the blues/rock vibe.

@@Alirkson Thank you. I am familiar with "Blind Man Cries", but have not heard "Place in Line". I will make a point of looking it up.✌

The version from Made in Europe is one of my favourites from all the live versions up there
My Woman from Tokyo
I love the bluesy, tormented vibe of this song. It deserves the spotlight. Thanks for giving it a listen. Great reaction.

I don’t think I’ve heard the song before but I like it so far and I think it’s worth another listen.great reaction

Listen to Lunatic by Pink Floyd off Dark Side of the Moon. Really any song off that album.
The version of Made In Europe is my favorite
