Both are great bikes. Just depends on the style of riding you typically do. I’m more of an enduro rider and like to hit more aggressive trails, that coupled with me being a heavier rider, the Timp suits me best. But I’ve taken my Wire to Kanuga, Guatemala, some really aggressive trails and it’s handled it well. But I’d say the Wire is best for general AM riding. Hope that helps. That sale is killer. It’s actually hindering me selling my Wire! 🤣
