Big Nope on Drop The Hammer for me! But I had such a blast out there! The Castle is so much fun! Could ride forever and not hit everything! Fire line was so flowy and loved Dragon Scales!
Nice video. Im incredibly blessed to ride SP daily, these are my top 5 1. Barn burner (best jumps in Bentonville) connecting to Tristan’s trail 2. Fireline 3. Midevil (castle)- since it’s been redone 4. Jesse’s last stand 5. Loam wolf Honorable mention: 1. Rim trail 2. Interplanet Janet 3. Family Flow Best fitness / cross country with flow: 1. Medusa 2. Blowing springs loops 3. Esters Loop
Nice list, sir. I just returned yesterday from a weekend trip down there. Hit Drop the Hammer for the first time, so pretty happy about that. I don't know if they did something to Jessie's Last Stand since I was last down there in July 2023, but it was rolling fast -- seems like one of the hidden gems of the system even though it's right off All American.
I mean, I get that its totally subjective and dependent upon what type of riding you like, but all of the trails you mentioned are flow/downhill trails. Bentonville has SO much more to offer in terms of just great singletrack. I feel like you should do another video - maybe a series -where you go over the top "this type of trail" -- XC/downhill/tech/etc. You will definitely have fun on all of the trails you mentioned. But you are selling yourself short if you ONLY ride those trails.
The video was listing my favorite trails, not stating that these are the only trails to ride. As I mentioned in the video there are many great trails in an around Bentonville, it's impossible to mention them all. These were just my favorites.
Can't argue with any of the trails on this list. I'd throw Red Barn in the mix too. Based on what you like, I think it would be right up your alley. BTW, I've always pronounced it "Shrain" Train. I'm not sure if that's right, but it just sounds better...
I'll have to check out Red Barn next time. And "Shrain" is a new one. I've always called it by the way it spelled and know no different. Learn something every day! 👍🏼
Solid list! I hit all but one of these trails my last trip. I didnt make it to Handcut Hallow because my fried had a mechanical on our way there. Definitely going to make a point to hit it this year!
You’re coming up here to RideBHM this weekend? I may join you and Shane Sunday morning for a ride hopefully. I was planning on riding Oak Mnt but after Shane said y’all had plans I may just join you guys. Couple of 40+ riders sounds fun to me and a great chance to meet you old farts. 😂😅
I haven’t had to rent any bikes in B’ville but I know there’s several. Just know most like OZ and Ebike Bentonville rent specific brands so if you’re looking for something specific shop around.
So many trails there. Next time you come back, check out Fayetteville trails as well as devils den state park. Epic riding there.
Great list. I’d substitute Shroen Train for Jesse’s Last Stand. It’s very similar but has more tables & its longer.
I need to hit that one on my next trip! Who knows, this list can change every time I go! 🤣
Thanks for the vid, just in time. I am going to the Bentonville bike fest for the 1st time.
I hate that I somehow missed Hammer Down when I was there, one of the first trails im going to hit on my next time there.
It's a fun one!

Haha, no worries Johnnie! DTH will still be there for you the next time! 🤣
Glad you had a great time and survived the chaos!

Yeah, others have mentioned JLS, definitely need to check that out on my next trip.

definitely pronounced "Shrain"! Id just say Barn Burner has more fun jumps, but the Ozone sidewalk has to be on the list for the novelty alone

Enter red barn (NW A street)
Red barn 2 barn burner 2 Tristan’s = best complete segment @ Bentonville. Best big jumps are on barn burner
Solid list brother! And nicely done video, I like this format!
Thanks bro! Looking forward to us hitting some top trails!

All of Handcut Hollow is great, nice hidden gem!
Medieval at castle is so good!
Want to ride the revamped version! They reworked it right after this trip.
@@midlifeshredder yes the revamp is so nice!
@midlifeshredder son and I made I quick day trip over there couple weeks ago.
Midevil and Loam wolf are by by far much better than catapult at the castle

Yeah man, let’s ride!
I'll be in Bentonville for a few days working. Can you recommend a bike shop close by to rent a bike?
