It's private property. If I want you out of my house then you have to legally get out of my house. Something being open for public is different than public property. You can absolutely kick out a customer for no reason. Obviously companies won't do that because it ruins their reputation, but you can literally kick out a customer because you don't like their shirt. At the end of the day it's private property.

It's private property. If I want you out of my house then you have to legally get out of my house. Something being open for public is different than public property. You can absolutely kick out a customer for no reason. Obviously companies won't do that because it ruins their reputation, but you can literally kick out a customer because you don't like their shirt. At the end of the day it's private property.

There is a difference between residential, industrial, and commercial.... Most residential zoning will entirely exclude business and industry. Acquiring home based businesses are not so easy of a deal these days (if there is going to be traffic) and if you are allowed to acquire such, you are then also subject to the above mentioned.
Yes a business owner can ask *anyone* to leave.... no they do not have to provide you with the reason why......yes its against the law if they do and the (proven) reason falls within the above mentioned... and yes, its criminal trespassing if you come back.
Any and all legit businesses (that i'm aware of) are regulated within this country at most all levels.... shit as a business owner you have to apply for - kiss the ring for all kinds of shit (depending on services) before you are even granted permission to "open up shop" to the public-consumers.
