Great info Dr. E:)
Keep watching and learning!
Thank you mr Ergin useful information!
Love your videos and I believe your products are superior in fighting Diabetes. I see your pics on the shelf of the thyroid and pancreas. Can you explain their function and what we as diabetics can do to protect and preserve them? I love learning from real Doctors that care and take the time to explain. Most just say, take this medication and eat what you want in moderation. I believed them for 20 plus years, until I started educating myself and eating low carb, Keto and doing OMAD. I take your supplements, but no meds. Thanks.
Taking the Framingham risk calculator I scored 6.7%. From what I understand that's considered low risk. The part that leaves me scratching my head is why do Drs insist on me taking statins?
I’ve been taking apple cider vinegar with hot water first thing in the morning, will it helps lowering blood sugar?

Left side of my chest hurt after a physical activity. According to the test I'm gonna get a heart attack at 36.😭
How old are you now
@@dearace9991 30, slim and tall. My hands burn when I eat anything. My eyesight is going bad also.
@@singstreetcar5881 you should see a doctor.; which test did you do?
@@singstreetcar5881 you’re so young
Start doing yoga. Be a vegetarian for 90 days. Check your vitamin D3 and B12 levels.
Doc is 6.3 A1C something to worry?
Means you just started on diabetes.
above 5 is a problem
@@teresa985 is it reversible?
@@dearace9991 Medical Doctors say diabetes cannot be "reversed" because pancreas is already damaged more than 50% when the person comes to know of diabetes. But your A1C is not at all alarming. You're still on the safer side as you can still exercise & diet to manage your diabetes without medication. But for few days you can start with mild medication and gradually stop in few days or weeks until you are fully comfortable with diet and exercise. Nothing to get scared but definitely be cautious & aware.
@@dearace9991 Doctors say that you can put your diabetes to "remission" which means managing with diet & exercises without medication but keep sugar level under control.
Supposedly I've got high risk of a heart attack because of my high LDL and low carb diet - I don't buy it. I've seen things like the Lancet Nov. 4th 2017 study of 18 countries and 135,000 people that found the following: "High carbohydrate intake was associated with higher risk of total mortality, whereas total fat and individual types of fat were related to lower total mortality. Total fat and types of fat were not associated with cardiovascular disease, myocardial infarction, or cardiovascular disease mortality, whereas saturated fat had an inverse association with stroke."
