Haha nice fish Lee. That's epic. Glad you didn't put the roof holders up high. I think that would make sliding it on/off the roof harder maybe. Great fish tho.
i can already see in the oncoming videos " Monster snapper caught on tinnie" 😂 good stuff scotty - cant go wrong with a dhufish christening the boat!!!
I’m hopefully going to be moving back to WA in the next couple of years, hoping to get a small boat to go fishing inshore. I notice that you seem to fish quite close to shore. I’m hoping to be near Mindarie area when I get back, so I’m thinking there’s a lot of reefs and rocks off there , going as far out as the last reef about 3nm out. Seems the area north of Quinns and farther up that way would be good fishing.
Hey mate at 1:55 Could i have the details on what metal you used etc?. I have i think the exact same tinny as you it has those holes where you built and riveted it in and i wanna fill it up like you did. Sorry i am writing this at 3 am and haven't had any sleep so hopfully you understand my comment.
Hey Mate, it was just some old Ali plate I had laying around. it was a bit awkward cutting it to shape with the jig saw but all ended up ok. Gotta have some rod holders
Harry Donaldson I’m all about inspiring people to go out and explore their own backyard. We are blessed with a maximal coastline here in the west and big fish are a possibility even in the most populated areas. Most boats drove right over good ground on their way out wide. Get out there.
No wonder there’s a swag of marine life going belly Ûp, because of petroleum derived plastics ☣️are ‘all the rage’. Alternatively/Sustainably, how about biomass plastics 🌿, now that would be mutually beneficial to stomach 👍🏻
This fish was caught on berkely plastics made from 100% natural materials and completely biodegradable, plus we ate this fish and most fish don't consume the lure as it's designed to hook in the jaw and be removed.
Saltfix If it’s 💯% biodeg., well why aren’t you airing the exposure span; before it apparently starts to break down? Cause the last batch of Berkeley twister§ I witnessed, destabilised & burnt through a Plano tackle box☣️⚠️ In present day stores I just s👀 ‘The State of California’, recognising such lure’s constituency as Highly CARCINOGENIC⚠️ Though Conveniently, placed on the back of the packaging ⚠️⬅️wíth this common symbol#
I drink every time you say yeww. I drank a bottle of wine during this video.

It’s got no brand on it but think it’s a dehaviland
Yeeehaaa shot Lee that’s so good mate 🤙🏼 killer vid to 😎
I used Nacsan rod holders in my old tinny
You can trim them to size
Keen as to see what you guys do with this! Love tinny fishing
Can’t catch fish hopefully we can start smashing some big inshore fish from our little boat
Yeehaw love the tinny
Lee.J inshore beast mode
Great way to christen the boat guys!! Any tips on some decent squidding spots?
Michael Olsson squidding is on my to fo list. Shouldn’t be to hard to find. Just shallow sea grass beds inside of most exposed reef systems.
i know where that is.
wicked spot, been snapped off a few times there is some big fish cruising around there
Simon.V whereabouts, mindarie?
@@mahery6124 not sure if he wants me to say, he was trying to hide it. But I've seen some land marks and the buoy are very familiar
Rather not disclose where. Cheers
@@Saltfix yeah thought so just had to make sure

@@Saltfix Righto could i ask if your ones are rounded or tubed?. I think mine are rounded.
I would keep the tank at the bow. Need weight there so 2 can sit back and not get hammered in any chop.
Do you launch of mindarie? If so, do you head North or South.
Are you in Perth
@@IslandTimeAus yes mate
@@Saltfix ok thanks where was the first clip at near the bridge 😃
