- Grab some 0.5-1kg weights or tin cans and let's do this 10 minute arm sculpt workout. Put a cushion under your knees or find a soft surface. Challenge your friend to this workout, can you keep the arms lifted the full 10 minutes?

Oh my WORD! One of the most challenging arm series I’ve ever done. Definitely dropped my weights a few times in order to maintain form & safety!! Saved to do on repeat. 😅
