This 5 minute morning mobility routine is perfect for increasing full body range of motion. Don't worry if you're a beginner when it comes to stretching, regressions are shown so everyone can follow along.
This workout should be done continuously in a full body flow, we're incorporating yoga stretches to help improve active flexibility. There is a yoga practice called Surya namaskar which includes must of these movements . And there are a few differences in different yoga schools .

For many years I had books, guitars and bars/barbells in front of my bed instead of a TV. Just until very recently I got a 4K TV. Priorities first.

This morning routine is awesome! I started to use it three days ago, changing the other routine to yours, and I feel the result right now. My arms and shoulder stop pain me so much and my glutes and hamstring are more flex. Keep the great work!

I had back/neckpain for the last half year.
The pain killed my motivation to do any activities I normally do. Which made the pain even worse through lack of movement.
After just completing this routine for the first time I feel so much better. Of course there is still pain in some movements but I just want to get out and do something.

Since doing this every morning for the past few, it really takes me more like 10-15 minutes - I tend to extend holds a bit to focus on that extra little stretch and breathing.

i was pretty proud that i did a lot of these to stretch every day in college for sports and high school (wrestling and lacrosse and soccer). I had hip tightening issues and learned a lot from the "insanity" workout yoga discs.I ended up having back issues end of my collegiate lacrosse career and the cobra stretch is definitely one im adding to my routine. I also enjoy the movement to transition. helps keep the muscles active. Love your stuff

Never done some real mobility work despite working out for 8 years. And apart from my ordinary workouts I've been more stationary lately due to studying from home. So I decided to try this this morning, and man... it's tough! Stiff as a board and I'm only 27. But it feels really, Really, good afterwards. Will make this a part of my morning routine. This is exactly what I needed. I've been doing body by rings for about 6 months now, and I'm stronger than I've ever been. I am, though, always sore with bad mobility. I just went and did this and I feel 100% better. I will certainly be doing this every morning.

I always do this kind of movements on Hatha Yoga. Yoga should be a must for everyone!
Two months later I still do the routine and highly recommend it🙂 I have managed to even out how stretched some of my body parts are.
