I loved this. I am not coordinated so the speed of learning the moves was great. When I watch other videos, I feel like I am out of control trying to keep up learning the moves. I also liked Emily speaking the moves.
Also I appreciated this work out because it said no equipment needed-sometimes that helps with the mental battle. “One less thing I need to grab” , “ I can stop and do something for me for 15 min!”
Love this workout and all the videos posted here on UA-cam. The different lengths also really help out depending on if I have a more busy day or have the hour to do a longer workout.
I am a refit online member and i Loved this 15 min workout option. There are some days when don't even have 30 min to workout. But I don't want to skip out on a workout day. This is a wonderful option and so needed. Still broke a great sweat!
Thank you for this workout! I enjoyed the refit on demand classes but I can't cast to my tv and it was tough to workout while trying to see what you are doing on my phone. Having it on UA-cam means I can watch it on my tv. Thanks again!

Just watched through and looks like a great workout I just don’t think I can do it I have zero balance and with how often my knee pinches on me I’m unable to do so a lot with my knees I have bad arthritis And is a daily struggle for me

Good workout... I love that it’s total body and that no equipment is needed..
I felt like some parts moved a little fast/needed a few more cues. Also, I am having some problems with my wrists and it’s hard to bear weight on them. For me personally, I would have appreciated some options for the planks and pushups to substitute, if that’s even possible.
