🧠THE PRE-WORKOUT
• Your mindset going into a workout has a direct impact on the level of enjoyment you experience and on your overall health.
• Before you start this 15 minute workout, we want you to remember you have a GOOD BODY and it deserves to be loved and celebrated for the way it moves and looks TODAY!
💪 THE WORKOUT
• 4 MOVES X 3 SETS
• Complete each movement series for 1 minute (or 30 seconds per side)
• Note the various levels of intensity options. When modifying a move to be more or less intense, the goal is to work similar muscle groups. This ensures you get a total body workout!
❤️ THE HEART WORK
• You were made to do GOOD THINGS. Even when life feels hard, goodness is surrounding you. Keep showing up. 💕

Coming over from the email for this workout, and YES-please continue doing these. Sometimes you just want something quick. Especially during the day when you just want to stop and move but don’t have too much time. I also loved the email. I wrote a lot of it in my planner/journal. So helpful.
