    It never ceases to amaze me how all true masters teach exactly the same teaching irrespective of the school/religion they belong to! I listen to Eckhart Tolle regularly and sometimes listen to Master Rinpoche as well. Their teachings are exactly the same even though the words may vary 😊.
    Thank you master Rinpoche. We need more masters like you and Eckhart Tolle to keep us all sane.

    It has been 4 and a half months since i began the practice, my life is not perfect, alot of ups and downs, but i have significantly improved. My grasping was so huge and the suffering was unimaginable. I am way better now, i am now lerning to not grasp being ok.

      give it a few years and you will feel much better I know that sounds like a long time but you will make small improvements along the way which will be enough happiness to keep you going

    It's always so wonderful to see Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche. You and your organisation changed my life. Incredible as it is... now my spiritual path is strong and vibrant and have found great teachings in Tibetan buddhism, it's changed my life completely. Thank you again, Tergar and Mr Rinpoche ❤️

    this is what i am trying to do lately, i didnt know that it is this. for me yes it is purer with this method coz u have no intention at all but just being. no expectation. i try to do this in the morning and evening and whenever i remember.

    This is actually all that I do when I say I meditate : I sit quetly with my mind, my emotions, my occasional thoughts and kind of breathe "into" them...For about 30 minutes for now.

    Hello Yongey! I have been meditating for two years now , and recently with the improvement of my meditation, i sleep very little , my mind is not tired at all but i feel my body needs more sleep. So I'm doing less meditation. Why is this happening to me?

      Read Rinpoche's book about meditation. Pray from your heart will calm your mind. Do the Mantra recitation daily and do the meditation too. Go to Monastery or Temple.

    Hi. This am I saw you. It was 9:10 am Pacific standard time. 11/14/24.
    I was waiting for coffee to be ready. I slept late it's raining.
    I was watching Sam Geppi astrologer vedic talking about full moon tomorrow in the last degrees of Aries in Nakshatras Kritika.
    You were wearing the red robe and a kind of medieval full moon was behind you. I thought it was a halo at first. You were looking at me. I thought you were leaving. Then you turned and I thought you were walking behind a wooden dark screen. But you weren't gone and I lost the picture.
    If you're leaving. I always think about that old song I ll Be Seeing you.
    Last year I realized I might outlive my kids. I thought about the Bible verse in scripture the beautiful wild flowers that dry and die in the sun. And I ll be seeing you. No matter what you do. I ll be seeing you.
