You're going through a lot. Be sure to let your mind relax. Every one does that differently. Most would say let you mind be at ease, so I guess that's better. If watching a TV show helps or whatever. I know how hard it is to tune out those nagging negative thoughts, but for some reason, heeling seems to come faster with a good positive outlook. I'll be praying for you. 😁👋🧡

Just wondering, do you think reading a book perhaps about someone's life and how they overcame the steps you are going through, or maybe something else that is totally not connected to it might help keep your mind in the positive frame of mind you are going to need for this journey? I just finished reading The Beekeeper of Aleppo, and I enjoyed it! Also before that, The Nightengale, which is historical fiction about the French resistance during WW2. Depending on what you like, you may find them both interesting Take care 🥰
