Hi there, right now Im incapable of walking, sitting or moving around. Pinched a nerve in the spine lifting something heavy. I will be walking normally and going back to work but I'm in your current situation temporarily right now. I can't go to washroom by myself, can't put my pants on, can't turn in bed. In one week of being like this I have developed blisters on my back from being in bed 24 hrs a day. I can't even go to the kitche to fetch water, if nobody can hear my screams I go thirsty and hungry. I will be like this for at least 2 or 3 weeks before I can walk and work again. God bless you.
