Awesome 2-day trip on the sound! I had family coming into town and wanted to give them a real PNW feast. So, I hit the Ballard area for some peak coho-season trolling. This year I also decided to venture into halibut fishing and dropped down into an enticing 185-foot deep sand shelf in MA10. As you will see in the video, I still didn't manage to connect with one of these bruisers. But all around an awesome time.
I'd also like to extend a special kudos to the angler taking on the same water in a stand up paddle board! I pride myself on my small-vessel fishing prowess, but this was next-level. I also couldn't help but notice the brave SUP rig was in the background of two of my catches. Way to be in the fishy water! Hope you got your limit!
The intro song is "I Travel Alone" from PowerDirector's background music library--it felt appropriate for a solo kayaking trip.

Hobie revo? Nice yak, had an older one but sold it for an outback. Found the revo much faster. Great video, just discovered your channel.

You got it! It’s a revo. I usually cover a ton of water and bring very little gear, so it works really well for me. I do envy the storage and stability of the outback though.
