Thanks for your enthusiastic video. In Holland I ordered a ID.4 Family, that's ( at least in our country) a model just between the cheapest en the most expensive. It will be delivered mid april. Your video confirmed my choice, for which I am grateful. I did not make a testdrive in de ID.4 . I only drove a ID.3. The ID.4 has more or less the same space as my Volvo XC60 model 2019.
The volume dials, window switches and control stalks have never been a problem in a car. It really creates an inconvenience to the driver. I can understand how many controls should be software driven, but there is a minimum set that still needs to be analog so the driver can react quickly.
I’m hoping to get the enyaq in June have one pre booked with Skoda. The VW ID4 is also a lovely car I just like the inside of the enyaq better and it’s a tiny bit bigger to suit my needs.
Niall, that's brilliant. Both are amazing cars and at the end of the day, you need to get the best car for you. Hopefully we can review one soon and please let us know how you find your Enyaq when it arrives!
I HATE tesla 3's super aggressive regenerative braking that felt like I slammed on the brakes! I liked the Jaguar EV's slight regenerative brakes which felt like an ICE car. It's got Apple Carplay so what more do you want? I prefer a traditional car's buttons and knobs; I can use them by tactile feel without having to look at them and they're eye candy. I dislike the plaine jane spartan tesla interior.

I´ve ordered the regular 1st in White with the Swedish specs that also includes the heat pump. Really looking forward to get it :)

Cancelled my order and placed an order the Enyaq instead. They can customize better i Sweden.
Just too bad the US version doesn't have the Matrix headlights, HUD, 360 camera, and the 3-D tail lights. All the cool features are gone.
