- Welcome to Week 1, Day 2 of the BeACTive exercise series for people with breast cancer. Today’s workout is an upper body strength training focus along with some balance movements. The exercises target the back muscles with a pull movement, the chest muscles with a push movement, and then a focus on shoulder strength and range of motion as we move overhead. This workout will help you tone and tighten along with improving your range of motion. We’ll end with some full body balance exercises.
Equipment needed:
* Action: Chair + small weights
* Challenge: Chair + small weights
* Train: Chair + large weights

Really like these excises and the 3 methods
Easy to follow but I couldn’t see the woman I needed to follow. Her space was not well lit. Really need help with strength.
