In Sep 2023 I submitted my study visa application since it took long time for decision and university didn't extend I opted to withdraw my application and it was accepted and got refund. After few months I realised from the documents I submitted for study visa that tenure of my experiences were incorrect in CV submitted and latest organization details were missed out in CV. Now I want to apply for work visa and I am getting fear as my CV will be different with the one submitted in study visa. Also the latest organization I have to update now. What shall I do. Will it cause me any problem. Will they raise any question why CV or experiences are not properly updated. Pls guide.

No it's not possible. You cannot apply for a visa without a CoS. During the application of the visa, there is a part of the form where you have to enter the CoS number.
