The officers sending the emails is so cringe and criminal in itself. Let a citizen send those types of messages to a police or on a social media site for law enforcement. They will be searched for and arrested for those same comments.

Correct me if I'm wrong, in Pennsylvania v. Mimms, the police had a valid reason for the stop. If this cop does not have a valid reason for the stop, you do not have to exit the car.

Why do police enforce case law? Case law is not law and a judge is not a member of the legislative branch. Allowing a judge to essentially create a law based on their ruling is an example of not respecting checks and balances between the three branches of government.

Thank you to the one's that have a voice, and don't end up like these trolls. No one wanted the Police to be a rogue gang, corrupted in their positions. I was a cop way back in the late 80s. I thought I could be an example to other officers on how to deal with the public respectfully. I soon realized that it can't be changed within. Social media wasn't available then. Even now, with social media, it will take citizens and x police officers like you to make change. What do you call a good cop? Unemployed. That was me!

From former military professionals critiquing this LARPing behavior, administrators cutting down on fraudulent overtime, and beautiful young female officers refusing qui-pro-quo. All were harassed into fleeing town or ended up with trumped-up charges themselves. I do mean ALL.

Well, i don't think you are right, and I'll tell you why. And this isn't me being argumentative, I just want to offer a slightly different perspective. I dont believe it is profiling because cops really don't discriminate. They are equal assholes to all of us. They pull over who they are around. They don't go to the rich neighborhoods unless they see a poor person in the rich neighborhoods. Do you think that cops are saints in small towns with predominantly white populations? I can promise you they aren't. They are worse in some ways.
But honestly, think about it. Cops are cops no matter where you get them. You can basically mix and match across the map, and no matter where they end up, the culture is the same. The police have no respect for the public regardless of the color.
This isn't to say you don't find racism in police forces. I'm pretty sure Pennsylvania proved that pretty well last year. 🙄 So don't think that's what I mean. I'm simply saying cops are cops everywhere. They don't really get any better.

Comply and everything will go well for you....but don't comply TOO quickly because that could be considered making furtive movements and creates an officer safety issue. Don't comply too slowly or its delaying and obstructing, maybe even fleeing if you try to pull over to a well lit area. Oh and if you don't comply at all and remain completely still or silent as to not frighten the officer, its failure to obey a lawful command. Basically, whether or not you maintain your life and freedoms all depends on the temperament of whichever cop decided to detain you.
If that sounds like an incredibly dangerous system thats just begging for rights violations to be the norm, thats because it is! Welcome to living in a police state!

Thanks for sharing the lovely emails which perfectly portray the disdain these cops have for the citizens they “serve”. They really hate the fact that we are learning & standing for our rights. As cops say so many times, “We can do this the easy way or the hard way”. They are truly unhappy when we do it the hard way & actually require them to think & work. They have so much trouble functioning when they can’t rely on their script. Maybe that’s the reason they become upset & use force; must be the only way they can silence us from exposing their stupidity. I am thankful for you & other auditors who have educated me & pushed me to research the laws in my own state.

🏆 Excellent point... I was thinking the same as the first subcomment up there. Their idea of overcoming the helplessness & fear they feel is to make themselves into enforcers & punishers of other people. Theres nothing wrong with wanting to make your community a better place to live, but we all see a stark difference between officers motivated by fear & suspicion, verses the ones who still do their job with their strong faith in human nature still intact. I would much rather face a cop with a classic peacekeeper mentality than that of someone nervous & trigger-prone like this cop
A clear psyche evaluation should be a standard requirement before putting anyone on the force. It would prevent many a needless officer-involved shooting. Too bad the powers-that-be dont want it that way- - theres alot of untrained & incompetent cops out here

I was driving home and get pulled over by a bunch of police cars.
They order me out of my vehicle.
Told ne to stand in near by bushes with my hands up and get down on my belly.

Keep doing your thing brother, what’s funny is the people who sent them emails probably violate citizens rights on a daily basis. It’s sad that we as a people have to be saddened and patriotic when officers are hurt or something tragic happens to them but for the people we get our rights violated, berated, oppressed by the people we pay to protect and serve and I don’t see anything of that nature for citizens. I mean they’ll pull a person’s past up if police do something to a citizen without any regard for the victims family but would never pull up the past of the officers because they respect the family of that officer The dynamics don’t match and the government doesn’t care because it’s not out of their pockets but the people pockets ✌🏾

"Lawful order"... Advise your viewers what a lawful order is. "Open windows" is not a lawful order. "Unlock doors" is not a lawful order. "Sit on the ground" is not a lawful order. "Shut up" is not a lawful order. "Passengers ID" is not a lawful order. There are so many directives "cop" give that are NOT backed by statute.
Those case laws that are defenses to be used in court have specific elements that require meeting before the protection of those case laws become valid.

Cops= Allowed to assume a ( mere) citizen is about to attack them based on the slightest provocation ( Including pulling away, tensing, clenching fists, glaring, reaching for something( even after being ordered by the cop to retrieve something) , putting our hands in our pockets, recording them, or even turning toward or turning away from a cop).
We the people= need to assume a police officer is not going to do us harm, even when being grabbed, thrown to the ground, punched, kicked, choked, or held at gun point.
    Seems fair.

Hey brother keep it up I am in the beginning of starting a picket against my counties horrible acts against our citizens,we are so tiredd of being targeted because we live in poor areas or in the projects. Just because we live in these areas doe not mean we are bad ppl. They charge for infractions that don't exist or charge for drugs, trespassing, loitering etc. They are so vulgar with no respect and tell you that you have NO rights because "quote I am better than you so shut your mouth" said to a close friend of mine when she called about her bf beating her. She was arrested for obstruction when asked why her abuser was not going to Jail for her injuries and her house that she worked 2 jobs to pay for was pretty much destroyed by him. No female came out only males and took his side because guess what his cousin works for the pd. She is still fighting to get her charges dropped.
Hence I don't answer questions and I want my lawyer.
Side note if we knew to video we would have in the past.
Ty sir for helping us know our rights
