Also, you can bring your own bags to shop with and lace bags for bulk items. Electric eating can also be eco-friendly!

The only thing I could find at Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s are fresh fruit and veggies , Wholefoods was bought , dick Gregory mentions them using fish cells for their tomatoes so that they retain water , they have a lot of things that contain things off of the nutritional guide , but if you read the ingredients list you find poisons mixed in and that’s not alkalined so be careful I was really upset to find out , also I use to work for wholefoods and the only thing that sets them apart from other stores is the way the employees are trained to handle the food , once the food touches a non sterilized item it’s not organic anymore ! I found Vallarta Spanish store to have a lot of things from nutritional guide , burro bananas a lot of stuff just a FYI not talking shit , also their items are inconsistent where they will stop carrying it and your assed out
