    wonderful cooking. so i roast my tomatoes for 5 minutes at how many degrees? and if i dont have kamut flour is it still good to replace it with teff or garbanzo along with the spelt?

    I tried alkaline pizza a couple of times using spelt flour an it always has a chewy consistency which I dislike I wonder how kamut or quinoa flour would do

      That would be a great combo, the trick is using half whites spelt and the Kamut or chickpeas flour

      It has to be perrier, perrier is carbonated so it helps the dough to rise, regular water won't do it

    i just tried making this step by step as I watched, the cheese was ok yet didn't go with the pizza, would have gone better with pasta, the pastry was aiiight but not fluffy I guess how I'm used to the non-alkaline that I won't be returning to, so I guess ill just have to adapt. My pastry was with spelt and buckwheat since I didn't have Kamut , the dough which was more like a pastry was a letdown but otherwise, the rest was good. I added seamoss and a little butternut squash to plump out my dough but it still didn't taste like pizza huts, I think the recipe alls needs for oil added to the dough.For anyone watching on repeat ike me whilst making, be warned the word "Lovely" will if your lucky start sounding like an annoying song in your head.
