I have the whelen hhs3200 and still trying to figure out how to do cycling siren tones without pressing any buttons or horn to vehicle. Is there a way on how to do that and if could use help on how too.
I see a lot of replies to comments so hopefully you can answer a question for me. On those control heads, how do you change the labels on them? I've searched everywhere and want to make sure it's customisable the way I want before spending all that money on it
There is a clear cap piece that snaps onto each button to cover and protect the labels; these are removable if you want to make a change. The label or legend sheet as its sometimes called has several dozen to choose from. An example of those included with the Blue-Face Rotary Knob control-head can be found here on this page: sirennet.com/whelen-cencom-sapphire-siren-w-3-section-control-head.html

@SIRENNET - I was wondering, can you use the new Whelen Ion-T Trios that were just released with this product? I’m looking to have this work with a setup where you have one mode that is synced red/white. And another button for amber only for if I were to stop for a flat tire, etc. Would this support all of that and TA bar where it isn’t all random flashing and it’s synced? Or do you recommend another product
@SIRENNET - can the handheld control head that comes with the HHS3200 and HHS4200 use the 20' extension to extend the distance between the amplifier and the remote? Do you need any sort of coupler? It looks like the extension has a male plug on both sides, and the cable for the handheld remote is also male. I'm looking to buy this unit but will need to install the amp in the trunk, just trying to make sure I can get enough reach for the handheld control head. Been searching all over for a definitive answer on this but coming up empty. Many thanks if you're able to assist!
Yes, the included 20' extension cable is what connects the amplifier and controller when mounted in the rear of the vehicle. The WeCan input on the HHS4200 can connect to only one WeCan model Inner-Edge / Light Bar. The second Inner-Edge would need to be wired to the standard inputs. If its a WeCan model you'll wire the trigger wires from the WCCP module to the inputs. If it's an LC model, the wire leads go to the standard inputs.

The HHS3200 Series doesn't offer Dual Tones. It will power two 100 watt speakers, but the tones going to be the same on both.
