Can you make a grand comparison of the ovens that you have tested throughout the years? I think there were four of them, I am about to buy one and am thinking between this one, the adore grande and the Grozny Dome. So far I am leaning towards the adore grande because it looks like it has the best value for money. But the Zio Ciro I think is optically nicer!

Hi Vito Have been practicing your polish dough. Is beautiful but one question I find that after the 3 to 4 hour proving of the balls they tend to reduce in size and flatten unlike yours. Any tips? I use dry yeast but I think I have been using a bit more than 2.5 grams. Will this cause this. Cheers from Oz. Mark
