Hey, the operater was also a hero for keeping calm. I also love how her voice changed when she realized she was talking to a cute little girl.
It tears at my heart when she said she's giving her mommy a cuddle. What a sweet little girl.
The operator became a mother herself the moment she listened to the voice of the toddler. Motherhood is the purest of all emotions.
It's the operator's tone and words that got me crying. How she held it together to sound encouraging and gentle and sweet with this little girl whose mum was hurt, I've no idea.
