During this playthrough I play with the Nuzlocke mod, which only allow one capture per area and automatically release dead minions.

In your opinion, is it beatable on extreme diff without random loot and random shop?

Hello, yes it is! the extreme mode is designed to be doable regardless of settings, except with nuzlocke mode which can softlock your progress (but that's the concept)
