You look great. Give it some time. After all that work, don't get too much muscle removed. Let it heal for a couple of years. No rush to make any decisions. I saw someone with a similar surgery and they got too much removed and it ruined all that work.
How long ago did you have the surgery? I’m just curious of the time line so I can see it when it’s not swollen and if it’s done then yeah you’ll need a bit of tweaking. But they did an amazing job!
