*I used to fish with a Crippled Killer growing up in the 50/60’s and **enjoyable.fishing** recommend think this lure gas a smoother propeller action. It is a great surface lure.*
Fishing etiquette is everything at the canal!!
The family of ten were so sweet and polite.
Great video man! Always helpful to get tips from other Anglers on stuff like this. It can really help change the deciding factors of whether or not a day of fishing will be good it’s not when it comes to technique!
Congratulations, beautiful fishing.
Have a great week and lots of fish on the line.
*Hug!* 👍😊
Great video bro hope your having a great week . Thanks for the video and keep them coming.
Having a fantastic week, thanks for tuning in :)
The good old days. Before everybody and their pet dog started taking up all the fishing spots due to Covid🤣🤣
Great content as always pleasure to watch. Keep up the good work. Cheers 🍻
Thank you:)
I was just fishing there yesterday!!! Got a 42” Striper what a good time!!!
thats so cool. I was just wondering what the fishing there is like, I visit my wife's family there all the time, but never fished it. Thanks for sharing!
You are awesome my friend today was my first day visiting the cap cod canal and I watched your video while I’m driving back after a long day of trying and learning all what you learn it’s the best of what I have seen also I promise you this month when I catch that big bass I’m tagging you as and I’m doing it for us :)
Fantastic and invaluable content. Fishing the canal is tough but incredibly rewarding. Catch & Release. Preserve the sport.
That was cool to see that entire family fishing and catching. At least you didn't have a skunk and got some great footage. I hope to fish up there someday.
Way to many people, did that once in Wisconsin for the salmon run, never again it was a circus. I like your videos, good context, keep them rollin.
Great video! Love the family aspect and etiquette. 👊🙏
Looks like a great time!
Another great day! That family had the right idea. It’s like a fishing team 😆
Great video man! I watch them all!
That’s great to hear! Which is the most helpful?
Excellent video folks, one of your best, if not your best!!! Ranks up there with your Sebastian show!! Nicely done. The family content was priceless, really great stuff!. Might want to show an additional segment to clarify the gear used and why you used it, and the conditions you fished on the banks, particularly the safety issues you touched upon. Anyway, well done and thank you from those of us with families!!
WOW!that a good view!
Nice job!!! Keep it up.
My Stripaaaah was full of Macks. And I've fished with Delaware Martin too. Good guy. Very helpful!
Wish I saw you up there!! The learning curve there is definitely intimidating but once you get it down your good!!! That’s my stomping grounds I’m there 4-5 times a week. Tight lines
Where is this
awesome video. looks like u had a blast on this famous canal. hope u'll do another video on this place cause man there r lot of big strippers around
It was a blast, tough but worth it!
Thanks for the instructional video. Moved to RI from FL and the saltwater fishing is way different.
It is way different isn’t it?
Yeah not even close man. Been doing a lot of freshwater fishing. Got the bass and the black crappie pretty well dialed in. Time to try out the striper fishing.
I learned a lot cause off u guys thanks
Hey can you please make another video with tips and tricks on what good rigs to use on a peir?

Keep up the great work!
Thanks!
looks like Herring Run Recreational Area. Sagamore bridge in the background.
6 hour non stop top water bite 30 to 40 pounders ! We got on them when we got there .. dialed inn 👊a lot of time putt inn to find where
Good point on fishing etiquette. It is very important to not crossing others lines. I practiced in my backyard before fishing in crowded areas. Second thing that aggravates me is people walking up and standing almost on top of my pole leaning on the railing causing it to move while asking "so what kind of fish do you catch in this water?" any freshwater fish can be caught in this water.
You should try the Al Gag jigs, they work wonders up there
Nice vid I was so hoping you would have caught one 🐠
Wish I saw ya down there. Just pulled my PB out of there on Tuesday morning on the jig
Oh man! That’s awesome good for you.
Better Everytime.. 👍👍
wow! there's a lot of big on that spot
Great video with that family. Liked and subscribed. We also just did a video from the Canal, fun place
Greets from Iran dude . Keep castin far n catchin monsters !! haha

I'm new to your channel and I like your videos …I have only fished fresh water and I would like to know about what type of gear would be the most useful when fishing the Cape Cod Cannel....What lb. test should you use?….and what is a good length fishing rod?...as you can see I'm green newbie....Thanks.
Hi senko love from india. Watched your every video thanks for sharing your experience.... Can you help me for what kind of rod should I purchase to use for Shimano baitrunner 12000d ...
I have a family road trip planned later this summer and I was wonder what size rod and reel you were using in the canal I was thinking about a 9ft rod and putting a 6500 size reel on it
You should pier fish in captree, long island! Would love to fish with you one day.
Great videos!! I hope you can do more surf fishing videos!!😁😁
We will!
Awesome one bruh
Thank you!! We are so grateful to have had that experience!

What time of year should you go there and what lures should you throw
Hey Senko when will you be fishing here in Costa Rica? Take this as an invitation brother
Nice video
One of the best video right here. That family is dope!
Thanks and yes they were a great group:)
Thank you for the awesome video and what frustrates me is when fish just knock off the shirmp off your hook
What day did you go? And what are the best days in the year to go
I have litres just like that but a little bigger meant for muskie let my friend use it and he caught a big tiger muskie
Yes, they work for many species
Fishing Etiquette - WINNER
When I get snagged or tangled with someone else’s line that frustrates me a lot
Hey man love yo vids so much
Thank you :)
Pennsylvania Dutch fishing family, I’d laugh too... ur girl knows it’s funny
Damn bro I’m tagging along next time 👀
I’ll shoot you an invite!
When is the best time to go up there? whats a good setup? I have been dying to go to one of those trips. Cheers Skip and Erin. Glad to have found your channel. By the way, you guys from MD? If so, have you been to conowingo?

Does your tree kid live in a tree house
U literally responded to my last comment made me cry thank you so much for the interaction! 😀😭
Of course! Happy to talk to you:)
senko i challenge you and your wife to try jetty fishing in cameron louisiana or bridgeside marina pier in grand isle lousiana. i would like your perspective on whether the stripers or bull reds fight the hardest
come back to the cape!!!
I was there Wednesday
still something I should totally try to do though.
Funny many fishermens lures get bigger and bigger , but i buy and throw my lures smaller and smaller. I catch more fish with smaller lures and most of my PB's also. (In freshwater)
What kind of set up are you using ?
Amazing view out there eh?
Oh yea. Breath taking
Im going there Saturday 5pm till midnight.! Hoping you're still there! By the sagamore bridge!

You are the best
No you are the best!
What lure were you using?
I don’t wear a skirt when I fish the canal I wear a kilt, have a knife on my ankle as well and use bagpipes to serenade the fish to me. When the blues are in I lift my kilt and do the helicopter. I only catch bass over 30lbs since I blow all the small fish away with my he man scrote wind
B.T. How do I keep missing you? I was at the Ditch in June with Martin, Tony and Lou. And in July, just got back.
Man, we will bump into each other one of these days
Love you
Hey whats the exact location where you was fishing? Looks like a good spot
Cape cod canal
What are some great brand rods and reels that are cheap
Ugly stick bigwater and Penn fierce 2.
Try out conch in salt water
Hi senko skipper, my name is Jake and I am heading out to cape cod from California and was wondering what lures to use?
Jigs are good to use...mac color green or blue 3,4 and 5oz
go to Red Top Sports tell them where you traveled from and they will set you up and read the canal fish reports from Fisherman mag
What lure are you using
what was that finger wrap u had?
Question: what is the time (month) to fish at cape cod canal?
Siko Srika June-September
What rod did you use?
Good video, When is the best time to go?
Stripers are running in the canal now...
The familly look devout ..
i wish more people had fishing etiquette, I had a man see me catching carp ( I was having an excellent day 7 carp landed) and he came over and cast a huge bobber and weight ON TOP of my line in the hole I was fishing. He was less than 3 feet from me in a 14 acre lagoon with carp everywhere, smh some people are just rude. I made sure to rub it in when I finally landed a 20 pounder with him next to me
Sinko skipper it takes time and patience and like you said observe what other people are doing and you will learn to become a better angler.
2018 August use magic swimmer
Hold up, senko is on cape right now?
Do not need 5 1/2 oz on a slack tide. In fact, that is too heavy and the sink rate will not be natural. 3 oz. is plenty for a slack tide. When the current is ripping, that’s when you move up to 5 even 6 oz. jigs
Agree,ur just likely to scare the fish off with such heavy weight for a calm water.
what is ur store website link
Their is a great stripper spot off of Provincetown just walk up the beach until you see fish hitting the surface I have found the most fish are away from most the people and find a lot of dead fish bones on the beach.
Hey Senko! My dad came up with a patent product for fishing that is unique to other fishing accessories and I'm wondering if it can have some kind of exposure to your wonderful fishing oriented channel and is interested in talking business with you.
