This really works! I'm not kidding! I have a face full of hormonal acne and it continued for three years without getting better. Here are my results and the time I listened to it:
Day 1: looped for around half an hour to forty-five minutes in total. when I checked in the mirror, my pores are so small that I can barely see them anymore and most of my acne scars and small acne disappeared!

Just for the heads up- I had results on the first few uses. My sister told me my skin was glowing.

results: so i have had this as a part of my skincare routine now for about a week and a half. i play it when i begin washing my face and throughout my routine until i'm done with my skincare. i listened to it specifically for the start of school and lemme tell you i didn't even have to wear any concealer to school this first week bc my skin was so clear and the tone was so even. i still wore mascara and a little blush and it only enhanced the fact that my skin was glowing. i also got so many compliments on my makeup, and people thought that i was wearing concealer/ foundation that's how clear it got. one of my absolute favs! i also noticed more immediate effects when i listened to it while wearing a face mask if that helps
