    I did not get the last Part where you explained All quadrants working for step-up and step-down can you Please Clarify how inductor Polarity

      Without the voltage source E, you can't make potential difference

    Sir, in 4th quadrant as the voltage across the cathode terminal of diode D3 is negative then how it would be conducting
