- This video shows my preferred approach of Tire Black Wax application and its long term durability.
Tire Black Wax is very hydrophobic tyre dressing which give matt finish. In addition to tyres, it can be applied on non-painted plastic trim and bumpers, and black leather tops.

Depends on the environment you drive your vehicle. If you drive during non-rainy days and paved roads, it can last up to 1 month.
Do you know if this product will protect the tyre from UV rays like GT tyre serum similarly does as well? Given the choice, which one would you use on your own tyres? GT Serum or Soft 99 Tyre wax?
I have never used GT tyre serum. It's not available in my country.
Personally I like Tire Black Wax. The application is not as quick as spray based products. It restores the finish of faded rubber or plastic trim
How to wipe off after applying?
You can use any old clean towel to remove the excess.
Am using it from a year and didn't know that it does shine too. I just apply it with given applicator and leave it dull
Yes correct, the product don't add gloss. It give a matt finish. The gloss you see in my case is due to the tire material. The center strip of sidewall is by itself glossy.
It look like shoe polish
Not far off it but it does work. For the price, you'd struggle to find something that lasts this long probably.
