Hey Steven, is it a good idea to run auto, broad, phrase and exact match campaigns all together.

Unrelated, but how do you kick out hijackers when your trademark is pending and cannot report counterfeit bc of it?

      Send the notice first.

Even without a registered trademark, there are several steps you can take to deal with hijackers on your Amazon listings:
      1. Send a Cease and Desist letter: This is a formal message to the hijacker, asking them to stop selling your product. It often works as many hijackers are simply looking for easy targets.
      2. Buy their product: If the hijacker does not respond to your message, you should buy their product. This will allow you to prove to Amazon that the product is counterfeit.
      3. Report to Amazon: After you have received and confirmed that the product is indeed a counterfeit, you can report it to Amazon. Remember to provide as much detail as possible, including order details and images of the product you received.
      4. Use a test buy: A "Test Buy" is when you buy the product from the hijacker and document everything. Once you receive the product, take detailed pictures and compare it to your original product.
      5. File an A-to-z Guarantee claim:[/b] After making the test buy, you can file an A-to-z Guarantee claim with Amazon. In the claim, you should assert that the product you received from the hijacker was counterfeit and not as described.
Remember, it is essential to deal with hijackers quickly and efficiently. They can damage your brand's reputation and severely affect your sales. You should also continue with the process of getting your trademark registered, as this will give you more tools to deal with hijackers in the future.

    Hi Steven,
When you created the campaign targeting your no1 competitor I think you made a minor mistake. You said you wanted to go 1 to 1 with the targeting as that product performed best. But you picked 'expanded' targeting instead of exact.
Was this accidental or what is your reasoning to go expanded on that one since you're wanting to just target the well performing one.
