Great insights Greg, I feel like this is something I've known, but not really understood clearly. Definitely got some clarity listening to you break it down the way you did.

@@gregoryjhickman Amazing! I'd love to know more on your thoughts and recommendations on what platforms or systems you set up for the customers and membership side of things.

The rapid pace of tech innovation + SO many different ways to offer services, niche down, etc... has been overwhelming to me - this has kept me from starting an agency (which is why I'm watching videos like your's). Analysis paralysis. I don't want to start something and have to keep pivoting and reshaping it, know what I mean?

Honestly, then you shouldn't start a business because the only way your business will survive and grow is by continually reshaping it and innovating. The sooner you realize that version 1 won't look like version 10 and just start the better off you'll be.

I've known this model for a long time, but it's really helpful to see it broken down in a clear way. Thanks for sharing! I'm currently building out the client and customer side of the business, but have been thinking about building out the member side for more passive income. The question I'm wrestling with is, is there still a viable market for info-products (courses, etc.)? It seems like a really saturated market, but would love to hear your thoughts.

First I’d put courses in customer layer of there is no fulfillment.
Second, the members offers do involve people in delivery so I wouldn’t call it passive.
      It’s just leveraged and profitable.
The “creator” space (don’t get me started on that word) is a $426B industry in the next couple of years.
So, I don’t believe it’s too saturated. The best stuff always rises to the top.
      Just don’t create crap lol.
