    Yes, it drove me to your page and working with my doctor.... I can't seem to keep anything in my head, and I used to keep everything there.

    Memory loss, anxiety, hot flashes, sleepless nights, very low sex drive, hair thinning, irregular period, heart palpitations, very moody, easily stressed etc. I am trying to cope with perimenopause 😪😪😪

      Perimenopause can be tough. Supporting your hypothalamus can help ease the transition

      Get your hormones balanced to help prevent memory loss - since your hypothalamus controls your memory and focus, the best way is to support it

    Pregnenolone....as a supplement, why would a menopausal woman take this, what effect would it have?

    • @DeborahMaragopoulosFNP

      Mrs Oneplustenangels I’m not a fan of supplementing pregnenelone unless adrenal function is very poor. Pregnenelone supports adrenal DHEA production. Adrenals are low in menopause

      @@DeborahMaragopoulosFNP In UK DHEA needs prescription or bought online and imported into UK. But pregnenolone is readily available on Amazon UK. Bit odd. Neither should be taken without hormone test assessments I would presume.

    Is there a way to take bioidentical HRT and still maintain a regular menstrual cycle in perimenopause, such as creams or patches?

    • @DeborahMaragopoulosFNP
      @DeborahMaragopoulosFNP  4 роки тому +1

      Mrs Oneplustenangels absolutely, you just have to take enough estrogen and progesterone cyclically to induce a period
