Mrs Oneplustenangels I’m not a fan of supplementing pregnenelone unless adrenal function is very poor. Pregnenelone supports adrenal DHEA production. Adrenals are low in menopause

Is there a way to take bioidentical HRT and still maintain a regular menstrual cycle in perimenopause, such as creams or patches?
Mrs Oneplustenangels absolutely, you just have to take enough estrogen and progesterone cyclically to induce a period
