1989 Recoil (Long Range Recon Patrol) G.I. Joe review

This long range recon patrolman is oddly forgettable despite being a really cool modern army figure and well equipped. He even came with several collectible variations including different handle sizes on his case and 3 different serial numbers printed on his file card. He's defintely a great GI Joe action figure that deserves more recognition.
