I did this on my 2001 Rover 75 today. The passenger side plenum was indeed blocked & drained a large puddle onto the tarmac when I cleared it. It’s something I will monitor more closely in future. Very instructional video, thank you.
Woah, I forget about these drains, I’ll be sure to do that tomorrow!! (Edit) I checked and it looks like a mice has introduced plastic into there, cleaned it out. I was lucky the mice didn’t chew the ECU wires, thank you!
It would have been nice to see you actually undoing the retaining clip/removing the little button retainers & also show us where the water exits underneath the car
Thanks for this. I've just had a run through on my 1.9 Diesel. On mine, the view of the drain hole is blocked by the ECU, unlike on your video where it's easily viewable and accessible. I assume the car in the video has a petrol engine.
Just today my rover started to jerk and then the engage management lite came on & of so I'm only hoping EC. not damaged ur video was very clear and helpful Can it be drained from the bottom?

Very clear and useful, thanks.
Excellent video. Just good, clear instruction with no banging music or making a production out of it. Happy to subscribe as a ZT owner.
Thanks
Worth knowing these fine details to keep the Old Lady going longer hopefully - Thanks
Very nice, hopefully there will be more 75 videos

Excellent video. I'll be doing it this weekend. Thank you.
Hope it helps
I just did this job and ended up taking off the wipers and everything. Wish I'd seen this first 😅

where the water exits is covered in another video on unblocking the plenum drains from underneath
