- Straight from Mexico to Monterey, California for the Sea Otter Classic. But what do you do when you're sick, bike racing is your job, and there is nobody around you that's wise enough to throw the towel in? Probably shouldn't have raced, but I did....here's what happened.

Have tried green tea with honey which helps with soothing the throat and tounsils so you can breath and drink. I'm fairly new to MTB racing but I've been riding in Israel the past 2 years on 2 hardtails I've built both Canadian frames.
