Splitgate has been out for around 2 years, but since it has been released on console, it has BLOWN UP. Concurrent players have gone from barely 1,000 to 100k+ in weeks and are still growing. So, as so many of you new players and beginners download the game and play it, I decided to make an in-depth tutorial covering my TOP 10 Splitgate Tips and Tricks for Beginners, to help you improve, rank up and use this games wonderful portal mechanic.
I will still be making Rocket League videos, however this is a game I am absolutely loving and wanted to make a tutorial on, so hopefully you guys can understand.

Few extra tips
Blinking portals mean someone is very close to it almost peeking into it
You keep.your momentum through portals
In showdown and takedown modes it is better to be near your team instead of being crazy with portals (this is more for ranked)
yep all correct, there were plenty more that I could think of but couldn’t include, good stuff man!
That's so true. I've lost my touch and feel with portals simply because I learned the value in staying close to the team. But I do try to open up portals across the map and peer through them when I know that my teammate is close by

Hahah bullshit you can turn off the anti cheat via task manager and the game keep running they banned me from both discord server for telling the disaster they made its the biggest flop in term of anti cheats of all time try it urself go task manager and close the anti cheat the game keep running what a shame for a team who receive 10 mill in dono hahahah

Literally just searched for gameplay cause I started this game yesterday and LOVED it. I was big into Halo 3 back in my middle school days. Imagine my surprise to see one of my RL guys posting about it. Major props to your taste in games Mr. Helical, thanks a bunch for the content.
Another tip: with the bfb if you look a little bit off centered from your opponent when striking them your lunge distance and stickiness increases. It’s kinda hard to explain but once you get the hang of it it makes a huge difference
Play whatever game u want man, we’ll watch it no matter what

@@pingwinner_ yep, i workout for like an hour 5 times a week and during that hour i have to let my game run in queue the entire time. it takes entirely too long
im glad i finally gave in to the server cue in this game and gave it a good solid few hours of gameplay, this is such an underrated gem this needs more attention

Theyve been pretty much fixed now after the update, 1-5 min queues, the devs of this game are so much better than activision with cod and listen to the community
@@azure950 yea alot of games with only a few devs are good since they actually care about their community and work to get things done, sure it might take longer to get it done but atleast they care about the community and fix the game if its broken
4:04 I had no idea the portal physics worked this similarly to Portal. This looks so awesome!
BFB TIP: Once you see the top of the bat open up, it means that it is in range of the enemy. You down even have to be looking at the enemy.
I started this game a couple days ago and I'm absolutely hooked. The game reminds me of peak Halo but with portals which is an incredible addition. The guns and variety are very classic halo too which is just awesome :)

I have went through the first several "tips" videos and they are all boneheaded as effe compared to this one. The clarity, ease of understanding, insights are all done so well.
This helped me with triple portaling when u said ‘whatever colour portal u go through at the start u need to spawn the same colour somewhere else to triple portal’ because I was wayyyy over complicating it thinking I had to do the same order and stuff but no it’s that simple

I think another great tip would be to emphasize how fast you can switch weapons in this game and to use that to your advantage rather than reloading or taking another shot with certain weapons.

Just downloaded this game yesterday and definitely enjoying it so far averaging a 2.75 KD about 20 or so kills a game, definitely one of the more fun shooters I’ve played in a while
rocket league has always been my favorite game and when i first started this game I couldn't tell why I loved it so much but when you mentyioned rocket league I realizewd that there is just something about this game that reminds me of rocket league. idk what it is but it just does.

I would love to see more in-depth triple portal game play I haven’t really seen many players who triple portal yet I’ve only have been playing 3 days and I’ve fallen in love with this game
